Do not recommend buying a new phone from this Eisenhower unless u first check if phone can be returned or if they mark it as an upgrade & is then non refundable if defective. My husband bought a brand new phone as he wasn't eligible for an upgrade he paid $205 for a phone that ended up being defective. The owner/manager Chuns Kim gave the runaround & even at one point he hid & called his employee on the phone telling him what to tell us. Was really bad business practices & way throw your employees under the bus ..The owner/manager kept saying nothing was wrong with the phone instead of trying to do a warranty or replace the phone. Chuns Kim a manager & owner of this location lost our business

The workers there are amazing and they all speak spanish! I always have a hard time finding Metro's that have employees that speak Spanish! Highly Recommend!

So went in to Metro . I asked her for a device change automatically she just referred me to customer service which I don't understand why because I've never had a problem going to Metro to do a device change for one how can I do it if my phone is off and she said that they stop doing it two weeks ago which I've never heard of I could tell she is very poorly trained she didn't want to do her job at all had attitude too and I came in very respectfully this is the first metro I experience where a representative not wanting to do a device change which is very very simple cuz I could have just gave her my information the three step verification of giving her my information as in my phone number 8 digit pin the day my bill is due and how much but she just didn't want to do it because she didn't know how to do it. I see why that place never has people. And I used to work at metro . But metro service is great!!!

Definitely would recommend visiting this store not only the environment but the customer service was amazing. Answered all of my questions as well as gave me an awesome deal on a new phone. Will be visiting again!

Customer service at the Eisenhower Rd location today was HORRIBLE! Sales rep wasnt friendly and she was the ONLY sales person working. I didnt even get a thank you...please come back again...NOTHING... My first AND last time at this location.

Visited this store the other day, after a long search for a friendly metro store I finally found the one. Great customer service! They really made sure i was happy with my phone and service before i left the store. Will be returning!
