Just got my phone reactivated after 2 months struggling to get it done online, Sara at the counter was exceptionally polite and helpful even when the system was locking her out. She went above and beyond to make sure i didnt leave till everything was set correctly and that i was satisfied with the service! Woman deserves a raise! Thank you so much again

Rahim helped us out when we went in to add a line to our plan. he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he hooked me up with a phone case and called the customer support people to make sure we still got the original discounted plan we got a while back. he saved us a lot of money when he didn’t need to! greatly appreciated.
