Says open at 10am. 10:10 now still no one here to open. Someone not doing their job today. 20mins late and not helpful at all. This experience it making change companies. Good job show your customers how much me matter horrible.

good service BUT damn they NEVER EVER answer the phone!! EVER don’t ever try and call to get help they won’t help youthey never pick up even after calling 5 times they never pick up ridiculous

Awful experience. My husband tried to activate a phone, no internet, just a line for calling and texting, and the staff with horrible treatment said it couldn't just be activated without even trying. It’s okay if it cannot be activated but the treatment by the staff was very bad. We do it in Walmart for 30 and no problem everybody was so nice.

Couldn’t even walk in without coughing. I have asthma and an employee was smoking right outside the shop door then puts his cigarette above the door. Smells so terrible. Really makes the store look trashy.

This company is terrible, first of all, just for making the payment in the store directly, the value must be the same but they don't charge you 5 dollars more, to change your entry pin in the store they charge you 10 dollars more, just by entering you will be They are charging more, apart from that, the attitude of the employees is grotesque, they have no empathy with the customers.

I stopped in for a question about switching to metro and received horrible customer service by someone who clearly was very unhappy to help me. She ran through the process in under 30 seconds and was in a rush to have me off her hands. I’ll visit another store for a better understanding.
