I'm not sure why this store wants me to pay differently for a new phone upgrade than another store, or why the internet upgrade option has a completely different price than either store, or why the instructions I was given on the phone differed from reality, but inconsistency must be an issue with Metro. In the end I chose None of the above. The store was clean, the guy was nice. No complaints about the store specifically.

This Metro PCS is scamming people. 9115 Grissom RD San Antonio Tx 78251 (210)-314-1379 This shady salesman Raj is convincing customers they must buy multiple accessories to start service with them. If you refuse to buy the accessories, he will not sell you the phone & service plans. It's a gimmick, since he most likely paid from commission. Yesterday, I purchase an iPhone 11 that was on sale. On their website, it states the only requirements is to bring your old number, pay for the iPhone, pay for 1 month or service, the activation fee, and taxes. I carefully read the terms and decided This is the deal I wanted, and nothing more. Once the total came up to around $150, he claimed I was required to buy a screen protector, charger, and phone case. Which was around $60 of unnecessary accessories. So the finishing total was $202. He also had these "accessories" in the back of his car, outside of the store. which also seemed shady, but I guess that's a story for another time I came in today to refund these extra items and he strongly refused to help or refund them. Once I got in touch with management, the shady salesmen appeared nervous and offered me a set of "free headphones" which was an attempt to silence me. I declined. I also got in touch with their corporate leaders and they confirmed this is not something the company is supposed to be doing. I also have footage of this encounter to backup my claims, I will release it if I find it to be necessary. The public needs to be aware. The company needs to refund me for these unopened accessories, and investigate their employees and hold them accountable. False advertising and trickery. Don't be fooled If you choose to shop with them, be sure to ask questions and you will see how the trickery unfolds. I've heard it's happening a lot now. For any San Antonio news stations looking to further cover this story, feel free to reach out. I've contacted the fraud department and actively cooperating with law enforcement. So far I have not received my refund.

T-Mobile full of crap! They had a promotion on IPhones 12 buy 1 get one free! I pay for the IPhone 12 Pro Max so the other IPhone would be free. Right? Wrong! Now they are trying to say that the promotion was buy the Pro Max for $1200 and the other phone was $739. And After 19 months of paying I still owe them $118. I'm like WTF because why do I owe you all anything, the 2nd phone which is supposed to free, it shouldn't matter how much it cost? Now they want me to call the store in Beachwood, Ohio, to ask them what was the promotion. I talked to them of course it not what I was told but they don't have my signature on that contract. They are just like AT&T. If they offer you something free it's not! As soon as this contract is over that can kiss my Carmel ass. Please do not shop at the T-Mobile on Chagrin in Beachwood or the one in University with a salesman named Jamal. Big ass liars! These phone and cable companies are the most greedily. Like it was going to bankrupt their ass if they wiped out that bogus ass charge. I will be looking for another phone company and will put it up on here as a update! So be safe and beware of the flim flam of these so called promotions with hidden charges!

Finally, a store that offers Outstanding customer service! I went to the Metro on HWY 90 on a Friday evening, 15min from closing time and was told they could not help me because it was closing time. The employees here were friendly and attentive. I recommend this location!

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

Cross Creek is the best store in the system! They always treat me fair and with respect! Read what took place at Crown Meadows:Crown Meadows has twice been the 2nd worst Metro PCS experience I have ever had with this company. These two people seemingly mute guy and overbearing girl are the most discourteous duo in customer service history. Everytime I do not go to my home store in Cross Creek, I am let down. Thank GOD for Cross Creek and great phone services. This Crown Meadows location needs a secret shopper experience to curtail their unwelcoming ways. They even asked me if I was there to sell raffle tickets when I entered as another "Black guy" came there to sell tickets! How presumptuous.

Worst store ever. Dont go here. My boyfriends phone was stolen and the staff acted like they didn't care and was very rude and disrespectful to him. After he said he regretted signing up with them they banned him from the store the staff there are always rude and act as they have better things to do than help someone.

April was awesome and really took extra steps to go above and beyond. I'm an old school guy who is not Tech Savoy and she took extra time out of her day to go through some apps that helped me achieve what I needed to get out of my service. Because of employees like her is why I will continue service with Metro PCS, and if her Supervisors are reading this you should give her a raise. Keep up the good work April you are awesome at your job.
