I don't know if it was just the day that I went in but I was too satisfied with the staff working there when it came to answering my questions. As soon as I asked a question they said the system was down. Ended up going down the street to another metro by t-mobile. But would go back to give them another try and see how they do

The owner of this store gave me the run around I was sold a phone under false pretenses he refused to issue me a exchange or replacement phone he ha s phones on display he doesn't have in the store I had to go to this store 3 times from the north side and the owner of the store admitted to taking advantage of customers that customers pay for his jaguar car he is a real problem that needs to be put out of business asap he will never get my business again
