I walk in and ask for a case and guy just stands there clicking away on his computer while he's on the phone with somebody and doesn't say anything until he's done with his phone call claiming the internet isn't working and proceeds to click away for few more minutes at this point I'm pacing back and forth in the store wondering if he's trying to fix his issue and then he ask if im "paying for the case cash or card" I say "card" and he says I won't be able to help you today without the internet working. Guy was completely inconsiderate of my time when I walked in and while he was "helping" me when I came in for just a case. You need to find better trained people to run stores to keep this from happening. Completely unprofessional.

This is a third-party reseller! You're better off going to the real corporate owned businesses at the mall. This particular location has stupid rules when it comes to letting people in the store that other corporate owned T-Mobile stores don't have and they are rude. Also, very limited phone selection. Won't be doing business here again.

The guys here are awesome. I was able to get a brand new phone, and tablet and out the door below ,low prices I know I paid less than most pay for just the one device, I got not just a phone ,but also a tablet that also has the set up like phone so you don't have to be looking for no wifi because it's got it .. BOOM!!!!! AND MY MONTHLY PRICE FOR BOTH IS ALSO CHEAPER THAT WHAT I PAID FOR THEPHONE I HAD LAST MONTH FOR JUST MY PHONE THAT BROKE BEFORE THE MONTH WAS UP.. I WAS SO LUCKY I CAME TO METROPCS ON THE CORNER OF COMMERCE AND 24TH.. GET YALLS FOR ITS TO LATE ..

I will only go to this METROPCS store. Everybody there has been excellent in terms of making sure I only get what I need at my fixed budget. I can't remember everybody's name but I believe Arnold, Andres, and one woman whose name I can't remember, have been outstanding for their explanation and customer service skills.

Let me save y'alls time and money Avoid going with Pedro he takes his sweet time and answers his phone more than once in front of you and he can't even put on a simple screen protector on your phone he makes someone else do it for him oh and he loves walking back & forth and doesn't explain what different options you have when it comes to buying insurance for your phone he will give you the more expensive one oh and he didn't even tell me to keep my old stylus but it's ok because the representative fixed everything he made a report & explained himself and gave me the option to pay for a cheaper insurance for my phone & he put $15 towards my next bill to buy a new Stylus oh and to top it off there weren't a lot of people in the store now I know why save your time & money go somewhere else I'm surprised at how bad customer service is here because it's a corporate store No gastan su tiempo o dinero aquí y por favor no van con un vato que se llama Pedro toma su tiempo y no se explica bien y te pica los ojos
