I was very disappointed on the two gentlemen that were just trying to make a sale instead of helping me replace my husband phone. In fact gave me a excuse that he wasn't able to print a receipt because both of the printers didn't work. So I decided not to follow through and at that they claim I couldn't add a line to my account and that I had to repurchase a separate account which I found out through costumer service that it was false and they weren't being honest and my husband had a eligible upgrade for his phone. I'm very disappointed and wish able was there because he took care of us for a while. Unfortunately I took my service to another metro and was happy with the service I got their and wasn't over charged. Shame on them. And the fact that they weren't speaking English or Spanish to each other which I knew wasn't a good idea. Y'all scam y'all's costumers instead of helping them out.
