I don’t know to be honest. But very rude. This one guy was so rude that I literally didn’t want to go in there today. Well one it’s not my fault I couldn’t understand him. Was asking for my pin# cause it’s my first time getting metro. Then I asked for an application cause I’m looking for a part time job. He said that I didn’t ask professionally and I didn’t look professional. I don’t know his name but worse person ever. Again first time using metrics cause a friend recommended it. But that one time at this location… no thank you. And it’s the closet one near my house too.

The phone prices appear excessive, especially given the store's compact size, which was nonetheless filled with a substantial number of customers. I witnessed an employee advise a customer that adding Wi-Fi to her phone would be complimentary, despite requiring an initial payment of 10# and a subsequent monthly fee of 55$, which contradicts the initial claim. This encounter underscores the need for vigilance when interacting with sales staff to avoid potential exploitation. On a separate note, the store's inventory was comprehensive, and the premises were tidy.

They’re very scammy here. Once this guy tried to sell me an iPad for over 45minutes and kept trying to get me a “deal”.The next time I came in it smelt like feet and I need to pay my bill that was $55 and he saw I had $60 in my hand and asked for $60. And I asked “Is it more when you pay in person?” And he said yes but ironically when I got the receipt sent to my phone it said thanks for your payment of $55. He must really needed it! And it was the same guy that tried to sell me the iPad!Do not come to this location unless you absolutely have to but always price match online and get a receipt because they are scammers!

This store has terrible customer service since today we went to try to solve a problem with the home modem that came from that store it stopped working even though we called to ask for solutions they simply wasted our time and just told us to go When we were in the store, they said that we should call and that they couldn't do anything. They didn't bother to check it properly. One of the people we spoke to on the call told us that they could change the device or give us a discount for a new one, but in the store, the guy got upset about what we told him and said no, that can't be done, he called someone and started speaking in another language, he stopped speaking English and started speaking another language that we didn't understand with the person who was in call the service that guy provided us was terrible we felt too frustrated that this company hired people like the guy who served us who did not want to help solve our problem I hope you take that into account before going the guy is thin, tall, has a beard,it's something dark

Be careful, they offer you things that they say are free such as a tablet or phone and cheap lines is a lie, make sure you check your payment in the metro app before leaving the store
