I have a family member who is presently hospitalized and a new Metro customer as of very recently - Feb. 2025. He was having problems with his phone ie: receiving emails/messages of a very sensitive nature involving cash app dealings & messages regarding game wins etc.... He not only does not have nor uses cash app but also does not partake in any game play. Upon calling the store, with my family member (Metro customer) on the line with me & explaining the situation & asking for assistance, or how we could resolve this, I was taken aback with their lack of assistance. Although I can appreciate their privacy policy, all I wanted to know is if the device he was sold was restored & if so apparently it was still linked to a prior Metro customer or if not then why did a factory reset not work? Considering the information I gave him & coupled with me having immense customer service experience myself & not asking for specific customer information, I was surprised he could not help us....advising an 'in person' visit...
Which is, of course, COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! Was he not listening perhaps? I mean I had the customer on the phone & they didn't even offer the option to get upper level mngmnt involved maybe 2 attempt remediation. L My family member is 60+ & will be going to a rehabilitation center after hospital....all of this we discussed. Rep continued his nonchalant replies .... Offering us ZERO resolution - besides the in person visit. Sooooo what next? A factory reset did not solve.
***UPDATE***I called back & spoke to Steve. He was somewhat more helpful. We called 611 & received a small credit but phone still acting up.

As mentioned in my review, I speak in regards to PHONE CONVERSATIONS....NOT VISITS!!!!
Sooooo....STILL NO RESOLUTION.....& my ex-husband is STILL in the hospital....very very ill. Still getting billed, albeit service now disconnected as we see no reason 2 pay for his phone as we are unsure of his long term prognosis even at this point. This honestly SHOULD BE our last concern but alas still I try....

I absolutely love this location they made more than my day they are helpful. And I adore the easygoing light hearted energy they give. Thank y'all for making my year. I appreciate the new moto phone and as a Valentine bonus I even got a blue tooth speaker. No one has made me happier than I am today. 😍 Keep up the GREAT and hospitality. You never know whos day or life you may be changing.

The man helped me out with a great phone, which I was eventually forced to sell for six dollars to a machine at an HEB. TOO BAD I spent like $120 on that "handout".

Martin The Manger was the most helpful!! He had patience and took his time resolving and explaining the issues my phone had when transferring over from another carrier! Literally so thankful for his communication!I will be going back for all my needs if anything happens with my service:)
