Stopped by today to get help with an online order that messed up. I learned that the stores and the online have nothing to do with each other, but the employee PK was still very helpful and patient. We sat on hold with customer care for a solid hour and he helped me the whole time-- even though he knew he wasn't making any money off me.If I need a Metro PCS in the future, I will drive out of my way and go to this one. I got all bad news and nothing got fixed, but none of that was on the store, and I got more help in an hour with PK than I did after two days of calling myself.

Walked in there expecting to get a high pressured sell pitch and to get over charged. But i was completely wrong, Mr. Hyde was very attentive and helpful. He got me a good promotional deal for switching over on the phone, case , and protector.

Great service from the employee who helped me so much. Switched over from cricket and was a great choice. Got a new phone with case and screen protector for so little. Just in time for my son's schooling at home. With no wifi that hotspot came in handy. Thanks so much again guys ??
