Great location and friendly staff. They were bilingual and understanding so I thank you for your service. They have a great selection of phones, speakers, and knick knacks for your phones.Sadly, they don't sell Alcatel Phones which I was a bit of fan of but I purchased the Pixel 6. Not bad for an old timer; been five years since I upgraded my phone. Anyway, thank you and happy phone hunting. These guys are very knowledgeable, you won't be disappointed.

Ok so had a problem with Jesus on Commerce got thrown out the store by him who also had setup my account with my new info. After 15 mintues and asking for my Id again he could not get in to my account well it went south. So went to the one on Gen Mcmullen and the girl their got in but had expensive phones only but she directed me to this store and gave me the info to get into my account. Well Faithy found out that Jesus had given me his own address why I do not know but it was somewhere on Enrique parkway but the zip code was my old one. Asked how does that happen usually the computer fixes the problem she ad no idea. Then it was the pin number nothing what I used or told him. Then it was the name of my pet Max. He had it as MXS and to top that off the girl said it is not supposed to let you do 3 letters for a name again she did not know how Jesus did that. Well she got my account straighten out for me finally. So next problem with Spectrum. I went back and it was not Faithy but she helped me with my internet problem. She set up my device right there in the store all I had to do was plug it in when I got home and downloaded the app for me which I would have never got lol. I am 58 do not know all this tech stuff. It took awhile but it was worth the wait. Even left them a bag of peanut brittle a man came in and was selling that and brisket sandwiches. The brittle was homemade and did not want to leave it so tore open the bag and tried it out but had to leave else I was going to take it with me it was good. Thank you Ladies.

T-Mobile full of crap! They had a promotion on IPhones 12 buy 1 get one free! I pay for the IPhone 12 Pro Max so the other IPhone would be free. Right? Wrong! Now they are trying to say that the promotion was buy the Pro Max for $1200 and the other phone was $739. And After 19 months of paying I still owe them $118. I'm like WTF because why do I owe you all anything, the 2nd phone which is supposed to free, it shouldn't matter how much it cost? Now they want me to call the store in Beachwood, Ohio, to ask them what was the promotion. I talked to them of course it not what I was told but they don't have my signature on that contract. They are just like AT&T. If they offer you something free it's not! As soon as this contract is over that can kiss my Carmel a*** Please do not shop at the T-Mobile on Chagrin in Beachwood or the one in University with a salesman named Jamal. Big a** liars! These phone and cable companies are the most greedily. Like it was going to bankrupt their a** if they wiped out that bogus a** charge. I will be looking for another phone company and will put it up on here as a update! So be safe and beware of the flim flam of these so called promotions with hidden charges!

Finally, a store that offers Outstanding customer service! I went to the Metro on HWY 90 on a Friday evening, 15min from closing time and was told they could not help me because it was closing time. The employees here were friendly and attentive. I recommend this location!
