Horrible!! A gentleman at this store decided to go around, basically hacking into my account without calling to verify my pin, to add a new phone. Now I'm not mad that a new phone was purchased, I'm upset because he never called to verify with me, as the account holder, my pin and that a new phone was being purchased. And then he wanted to say that he went ahead and reset my password?! 1. I never asked for you to reset anything, and 2. Doing all this without my permission is clearly a violation. This gentleman clearly hacked into my account, even if he said he didn't do so. I would encourage anyone who goes to this store to becareful and always make sure that he is verifying your 8 digit pass code before going into your account.

It used to be a nice experience but now they have a bunch of child/adults working who obviously don't know or don't care to help or work several times this past y6ive ned technical help and every time I was met with a " no I don't know or no I can't or no I won't!! Just buy another phone is the answer every time . I'm seriously debating on switching to a nother company. Don't recommend this store.

Olga. The manager st this location is very unprofessional and rude. Did not want assit a metro 5yr customer with a refund issue. I do belive its a literacy problem. ? Therfore i had to endure 5hrs with no cell service. Unacceptable in the year of 2024. No beuno
