Nayeli saved my bacon. When another very close Metro Store tried to scam me out of a faux 54 dollar activation charge. She was honest with me and told me that with the BYOP there is no activation charge. The other store tried to hide the "activation fee" as an accessorie and said it's FREE. Thank you. I will come to her in the future.

Horrible horrible staff. Forceful to buy, any time we asked questions, staff became aggressive and told us we didn't know what we were talking about. We mentioned our options in regards to other services and staff started asking us to leave shutting us up saying "we tried to help, leave my store". Do not go here to these money hungry fools, they don't want to help, they are only looking out for themselves.
