I stopped by here today in need of an activation. I use my phone for work and was missing out on income for the day... The gentlemen here was so incredibly nice! He helped me with everything I needed in a good and timely manner. I was able to pick back up with work and was back on track for the day. I will be coming back here for any of my phone needs in the future. The customer service was great! Definitely would recommend others.

Best service ever by Robert at metro by T-Mobile. He helped me out at a very hard time. Someone had stole my phone with my credit card. In an 80 dollars, he was able to get me my phone by the next day for $60. Thank God I had insurance and also set me up with a screen protector and also a case for my phone I would definitely recommend to come to this specific location and I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Ismael was condescending to another customer trying to pay his bill and not very helpful when it came to helping me figure out a phone with new service just said what do you want instead of maybe showing me what phone might be a good fit maybe he was having a bad day also didn't like that he lied about how much the phone would be he said 100 to walk out with new service phone only no accessories I paid and he didn't give me a receipt I came back and asked for one and when I got home I saw that he charged me for a screen protector I didn't ask for my phone would have been $21.65 less than what it came out to who knows how many other people he has done this to tried to call but they didn't answer maybe he should have tried to sell me on the screen protector I would have probably got it anyways but the deceit is distasteful and I will make sure not to come to this location again
