Lady had no idea what she was talking about and tried to sell me another sim card after I explained to her the one they sent me didnt work. Apparently this T-mobile store has nothing to do with the website lol

I went in last month because my cell phone battery went out so I had to get a new phone. My plan was set at $40.00/month. Now they've increased my monthly bill higher. I didn't agree to this. I hate when they impose $$ increases without my consent. I will now be cancelling my account.
