I usually spend between $85-$120 in full spa pedicure that includes stone massage, callus removal, parafin, mask wrap, and other services with gel polish. Fill for hands and gel. This was my first time trying this place, and I will not be returning. Paid $40 over my budget and got half the services as I usually do in other places. The only thing that was good was the massage I got from the chair ? this place is too expensive and not the quality of service for $140

I’ve been going to Mesa for years, I had recently stopped and tried a different location out of convenience. Unfortunately the experience was horrible, I was there to get pedi and my nails. They instructed me to go to the back to start my pedi, almost immediately, a different nail tech started working on my nails as I sat in the pedi chair (was not asked if I’d mind) and she began to work on my nails, I was not able to enjoy the massage chair because I was having to reach my hands over to her, she was not willing to move around, which was uncomfortable. She finished my nails really fast, which I told her. Long story short, she shaved my nails down to the point that they are on the verge of breaking, they bend with every touch. I’m extremely disappointed, she rushed out so fast, before I was even done.
It’s really unfortunate that they don’t care about their customers. My nails are so brittle, I’ll probably have to cut off before they break.
Word of advice Mesa, please train your techs to be patient, I’ll have to regrow my nails all over again, they’re absolutely horrible, brittle and lumpy.
Unfortunately, I wish I would have never returned. Extremely disappointed.
Lesson learned, never returning.

most of the my nails come out super cute. this is the only place i have ever gotten my nails done so i didn’t know any better. everytime my nails come off i’m left with a rings of fire that’s not healthy for your nails. it’s due bc my nail beds are over filed. maybe the nail techs need to go back to esthetician school. also this place is overpriced i always get simple almond nails and end up paying 90 dollars.

I have been here before and have to say that this last time I went, I only got almond french tip and paid $100 which I thought was absurd because the girl who did my nails took over 2 hours because she kept messing up and the white on the french tip is messy and the white on the french tip isn't even fully covered. The price wouldn't have bothered me if the quality was better but I was very disappointed. Also to add that the staff isn't that friendly either. There's other places with better quality work and friendlier staff that I would recommend.

Best service ever! Always doing exactly what I ask for, making my nails look amazing! They are also super nice and affordable, these were only $80. Overall, mesa is the best place and I only ever go there.

Tracy is the absolute best. She is polite and honest, and Mesa nails prices are the best in town! She is great when it comes to designs and the shape you want. I've been coming to this shop for years and even followed my tech from other places until she opened her spot. They do amazing work and designs! They are very accommodating for those that need short nails but still want fancy things and will tell you if what you're asking for is doable. I will never go any where else!
