I don't think all the people in San Antonio no about place I have never been disappointed this sausage is excellent every time I barbecue they ask where is the sausage from Mertz sausage company of course great price for a box can't go wrong located on 90 and cupples Rd . In fact I'm going to pick up a box on Monday for the office You snooze you lose ????

Always get italian and german sausage here. The staff is awesome and super helpful. You can actually see the butchers and how clean it is. You will leave satisfied and remembering the smoke from the sausage smoking.

Definitely 5 stars! Small mom and pop (to me anyways) shop. Loved it the minute I walked into the place .Bought chorizo, summer sausage, and Italian sausage..Hit the spot!!Definitely coming back

This sausage is soooo delicious ♥️ Not greasy or oily? just juicy and savory. Regular or polish and I don’t like polish. The price is tasty too… I am DONE with all other sausage brands. Thank you!!

Great sausage….especially on Thursday when the fresh link is available. Been buying from them since the late 70’s…. Staff is friendly with the exception of guy that sits at the desk to the right as you enter the front door……they cant be rated much higher (4.9), but can you imagine the extra $$ that would be coming in the door if he would just acknowledge walk-in customers and thank them for their business. Like I said…..great sausage!!!
