Okay first thing I wanted to explain is how the store stays clean it’s organized I do appreciate that because it does help me find things easier I want to applaud the employees and manager on how they keep it nice, I also wanted to say how I also appreciate the employees on how helpful they are I had stuff in my hand and I did want to put it down luckily the nice girl ( forgot her name) asked me if I would like to give them my items so I can continue my shopping so I really did appreciate that as well cause I was stress free and was able to shop happily kinda. The only reason why I gave them a four stars and not five stars is because the store was good and all but it’s was the heat that bothered me it was super hot and I mean hot and humid that’s why I left I couldn’t take the heat no more, 2 minutes in the store and I was sweating and I mean sweating like if I was out side witch kinda also concerned me because I saw they were pregnant women shopping as well so I hope they fix it soon because I like shopping there in that specific store but if they can’t fix that A/c well let just be positive and say they will fix it sooner then I think but besides the A/c being the main problem I rate costumer service awesome, the employees and manager awesome and the fact it’s clean and organized in there awesome it’s just would have been even more awesome if it wasn’t so hot in there honestly please fix it I really want to recommend the store but it’s so hot there

I went into Melrose on Houston st, I swear it was hotter in there then it is hot side I couldn't even look around without sweating like crazy. They need to fix their A/C.

Lovely quaint clothing store. Stopped by getting several outfits for my daughter's birthday surprise. Everything I picked out and purchased, thankfully my daughter loved!
