The store itself was very clean, dressing rooms had ample space (though I wish the doors went all the way to the floor), good lighting, and good mirror size.
As someone not in the medical field and having no previous scrubs shopping experience, I thought the selection seemed good, with multiple brands/colors/options.

“Texas Home Medical staff is Wonderful!! Initial fitting and equipment recommendations were perfect. My Bipap and mask work wonderfully and help me sleep through the night and during occasional naps. Instead of 8 to 10 apnea events per hour, I now average 2 events per night. Brooke is especially helpful in answering my questions and sending my resupplies right on schedule with never an incorrect part. I do not have to worry about having the right equipment. My pulmonologist was very impressed with the usage data on my last visit. He said he did not usually have patients that used their equipment Every night, all night. Very comfortable and my wife cannot believe the lack of noise. THM is the best!!”

“When Ive spoken to the techs behind the counter they are very cordial and with a “How may I help you” genuine demeanor moreover the Pharmacists is very knowledgeable and polite.
As far as price wise on meds goes, Well they are competitive to the big chain pharmacies and (in my case) they are cheaper. Plus offer free delivery!!!
Now this is only the second time I’ve used them, we will see how they perform in future transactions.
Ohhh , I only have a couple of concerns:
1) they will not take discount cards like::The Good RX discount cards.
2) The Galaxy pharmacies do not have their own discount cards like HEB does.
But apart from those couple of gripes.

“I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Lauren and Alexis. They were both very helpful in guiding me through the process of getting a cubby bed for my son. Lauren went above and beyond on many occasions to get the corrected documents from the provider that was required for insurance purpose and provided updates through out the entire process.
