my aunt is with this company and every time i call i speak to alexis she is always so nice and respectful making sure my aunt get what she needs and also asks how shes been doing in overall alexis does go all out for her patients and helps in any way she can i hope yall keep her the due to the last person being there was so unprofessional and rude .

Alyssa from Medical Plus Supplies is an absolute GEM! My daughters O2 tank ran low while at a doctors appointment and we have no idea how we’d make it home. I called MPS and they sent Alyssa in less than an hour with a full O2 tank. Thank you SO very much for all you do☺️

My son broke his knee, he’s 13. He’s super tall and a bigger boy. I needed a wheelchair and shower chair for him. His cast is so heavy, he has an appointment tomorrow and I need the wheelchair. They called me around 2:30pm that it would be delivered today and it wasn’t. I called at 6:30pm and was told they close at 5pm and to call in the morning. Why tell me it’s going to be delivered if it wasnt? Man who answered after hours was not understanding at all. My son has an appointment at 2pm and I’m dreading it now. Worst experience I’ve had, lesson learned, will use a different DME next time

After being having this company highly recommended to me for my special need child. I made the choice to switch from my previous DME company. WORST DECISION Since, I have been with the company for the past 8 months. I am constantly have missing supplies (cans of formula, adapters for the ventilator tubing )damaged items, supplies that arrived 3-7 days late . When I call the company to address my concerns . Either I am unable to get hold off some to address my issues. If I am able to speak with someone they make various excuses regards the missing supplies or late delivery date.

I'm not usually one to rate a service but couldn't let there be another parent who could potentially read this and not have to go through what we have. They installed the equipment wrong for my 2 month old baby's oxygen machine so she was receiving an unknown amount of air. On top of that the1 800 number drops your call half the time, forcing you to call back and I've been trying to get them to send someone out to adjust the parameters of the pulse/oxy for several weeks now with no luck. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
