Robert Delgado did an excellent job in showing us how to operate the hospital bed and hover lift today while delivering. He took time to explain and demonstrate everything. His personality was excellent. We didnt have any questions because he had already given us the answers. It was a pleasure having him at my home and felt very comfortable with him. I recommend him anytime.

Robert dropped off tanks for my dad, and he was absolutely wonderful. My dad just moved in with me, so I’m new to oxygen tanks, and Robert educated me on a couple things so I can better assist my dad. He was so professional and beyond courteous, and friendly. Thank you for your service Robert, you’re definitely worth 5 stars!!!!

Mr Robert D. Came and set up a bed for my father today. He was very prompt and so so kind to my parents. He took time to show them the way the bed works. He was so soft spoken and make our family so comfortable with him being in our home. He left a very clean space after he was all done.Thank You.

Robert Delgado delivered my fathers(Javier Solis) oxygen tank and was really respectful and kind. He answered my fathers questions and is bilingual which is great as my father only speaks Spanish. I really appreciate his kindness toward my parents and for making them feel comfortable! Thank you!

He was very patient and knowledgeable with us on explaining step by step on how to use equipment. Thank you Mr. Delgado for great customer service. My husband's transport chair was delivered yesterday by Omar and his service was great. He explained everything about the chair to us he even got a gel cushion!!!The only thing I would like to recommend for them to do is to say to the Veteran...."Thank you for your service." Veterans like to hear that, it makes them feel proud to have served they're Country USA!Thank you.

The tech who delivered my equipment was awesome. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. I think it was Robert. Anyway he arrived when he said he would, was very polite and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Thank you so much!

I am writing a review on behalf of my parents and to recognize an employee named Robert Delgado. They cannot say enough about this man. He helped them set up the equipment my father needed. He made everything easy to understand and went out of his way to help and make things easy for them. Med Mart is truly fortunate to have such an exceptional employee, especially when nowadays it is hard to receive this type of work ethic and personal attention. Mark Aguilar perfect service. Took time to educate me on the device and answered all questions I had. He left the room leaving me completely comfortable and hungry to get walking again!! This business is great. I cannot say how great Robert Delgado, I believe he’s the technician. A little back story, my grandfather needed oxygen and he was very polite and took his time explaining things to me and grandfather. Even more important that he made sure to follow up. Much appreciated.
