They don't anwser there phone I called many times they forgot my Hamburger and small fries in the bag but my daughter order is there only. They came out to the car waited in number 6 for about 10 min and still couldn't get it right. !

Order through app took forever for me. The person next to me and drive-through was going fast. Went inside, and there was a line for refill sauces, and no cashier to be seen. I had to yell across the counter for a refund to get someone to acknowledge me.

6 kiosks to self order? 4 were non functional. Took forever for someone to come to register and get my order. No food menu available on wall, only dessert & drink menu. Dine in food was prepared to go and then you have to come up, wait, and ask for everything. Napkins, ketchup, Food was good though.

Went inside to order since there was a long line in drive thru. Found out only way to order was on one of the several Kiosks. I saw a young lady looking protrude at a Kiosk while her kids played. She walked away after a few seconds. I wanted to order some combos but kiosk did not give that option nor the menu you see at drive thru. Seems losing business is not a concern since I went to counter to order and although employees saw me,no one came to counter. I left and will never return to an automated restaurant!

They have some really nice employees but it can take awhile to go through the drive thru. Going in is faster most of the time.
