I just had my Toyota Tundra & 4Runner lifted at this shop and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants to lift their vehicles and wants it done right the first time. The customer service is amazing and it's second to none. Everyone is very professional and respectful, and the owner Joey is a joy to talk to. He backs his work and will always give you honest feedback for the "end-product" that you are looking for. I had a great experience and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicles. I will definitely return if more work is needed for my vehicles.

Went in to Maximum Altitude looking to upgrade the bumpers and lighting for my 2023 Bronco Wildtrack. Joey and Peter were in the shop when I first went in, and they both answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Peter ended up assisting me with my project and put up with my OCD tendencies and constant questions (he should probably get a raise). Anyway, Peter set me up with a package that more than exceeded my expectations. The bumpers and lights really transformed the overall look of the Bronco. I will definitely return to Maximum Altitude for any future accessory needs for my Bronco or other truck I may get. I highly recommend Maximum Altitude for any aftermarket work on your truck.

I reached out to get a quote on a lift kit install for my Jeep. They sent me a quote for the kit and the install. Then I got a call from the owner Joey. He said that the kit amount was actually higher than what they quoted (It wasn’t. I was literally looking at the price on the manufacturers website). I questioned why and he said “I have to make money on these things too”. I then asked about just buying the kit and having it installed. He said that would be an additional $1500 in labor because I didn’t buy it through them. I mentioned that I was a Military veteran and he said he could do a discount on the install only. This was different than what I heard from the manager earlier. “Price gouging” seems to be their best practice. I felt disrespected and will be sure to tell the veterans I know not to do business with them or their sister store Max Alt. Stay away!

Took my truck to get an alignment couple weeks ago here since its lifted and has big tires. I thought they where experts. they called said it was done all my suspension looked fine and the alignment was done didnt tell me the price before hand but paid $200 with only 30 day warranty drove home it was fine 5min ride . next day drove to work 1 hour away truck started pulling left like before. So i stopped at a shop that was on the side of road since it was right there they looked at it 5 min later said my outer tie rod was bad. Even though this place had adjusted that in order to perform an alignment and said everything was fine even when i asked what was causing the issue guy at front counter said oh it was just the alingment was off but its corrected and everything is good to go . Wouldnt recoment this place at all they Call Themselves "Experts on lifted trucks ". A joke. Only paid 250 at other shop for the Alignment and for repairs.with 1 year warranty on allignment 3 months on repair And they balanced all 4 tires. Now its driving fine no pulling and been driving to work and back no issues.
