If zero was an option, I’d rate this place that. Awful customer service. Ridiculous pricing. Literally did every high pressure sales tactic you could think of and then stopped working with us when they weren’t working. We left, walked next door to Factory Mattress and had an amazing experience! Go there, avoid Mattress Firm. Sure a mattress is something to spend money on and get the right thing, but spending $10,000 on a bed is not necessary for anyone and that’s what they were pressuring us to buy. Go to Factory Mattress and ask for Scott - he’ll get you what you need. Not what will look best on a commission check.

I recently bought a mattress with Elliott's help, and it was a fantastic experience! He was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Elliott guided me through various options without any pressure.

Our salesperson was so helpful and led us to the right deal for us. In the large showroom he explained in detail the options that met our need. Tia also helped us at the other location and was very knowledgeable about the adjustable base which we ultimately chose to address our health needs. Thank you so much Mattress Firm!

I needed to get a full-size mattress for a guest bedroom and after doing several Google searches and reviewing the options I settled on a visit to Mattress Firm.
I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Nicole. She was very helpful, informative, courteous, and obviously customer service oriented, not to mention professional.
I explained to her what I was looking for, and advised that I saw online they had a sale for a mattress that I was interested in and it showed that they carried it in stock.
She took me over to the demo area where I was able to try out several mattresses, and test the firmness to reconfirm my suspicions on mattress that I wanted to purchase. This process was very easy and efficient.
I selected my mattress, and we completed the transaction process within a few minutes. She was also able to set up my free delivery within a few minutes for next day service so that I could get my mattress as soon as possible.
After I was done, I decided to ask her some questions about other mattresses in the showroom in the event I needed to come back one day. I took the opportunity to get more educated about the newer mattresses that are being advertised on TV and I was not very knowledgeable about. Nicole was very helpful and informative.
I recommend that anybody seeking out a mattress to give Mattress Firm a try and seek out Nicole. I hope your mattress firm experience, at the Bitters & hwy 281 will be as good as mine.
