Excellent service. The product I wanted was quickly located. Jess informed me it was available in two Mattress Firm locations all I had to do is pick one. I picked the Huebner Oaks location and the two sleep experts at that store were extremely helpful. They got the product I wanted and even offered to help me load it on to my vehicle. Kudos to the all persons that helped me. From a highly satisfied customer.

Brett was great! So helpful. Let me stick in my budget and overall had a great time trying out beds and getting the one that’s just right for the price. I think I got the best bang for my buck. But time will tell!

I recently purchased a set of bed sheets for my bed, and it was my first experience buying a set for my bed in my life. I can tell you it was exciting. Joe the “ salesman “ i could see was very attentive to my needs. I hope to be back soon to purchase and set of bed sheets and more. Thank you, Joe.

We wanted a better mattress than the one we currently have. Randy and the other sales person there greeted us as soon as we entered. He was very helpful and courteous. My wife is very pleased with the mattress he recommended.

We had a perfect experience today at the Mattress Firm located at The Quarry in San Antonio. The sales team, Jess in particular, was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful to us. We were given ample time to try several mattress styles at our leisure, only to arrive at the just right selection for our home. Financing was a breeze, the sleep guarantee is terrific, we couldn't be happier.

Joe was great. I hadn't actually purchased a mattress myself before and had no idea what to expect. Much more pleasant than I had imagined and it was really helpful to have Joe explain the mattresses to me. I didn't even know what the firmness differences were since I had never tested any out. Got a mattress and base I really like and replaced another one as well. Joe's recommendations were on point and within my preferred price range.Overall... seemed almost too good to be true but I left feeling much more relaxed than when I arrived. Natalie was also there and she was very pleasant as well. Seemed like a good team and would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm!

Randy was great. The right balance of salesmanship without the annoying pushiness that one could expect. We were able to test for firmness and then compare three different options within our budget. Great experience and I would highly recommend Randy and this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

( I believe his name is Randy ) Regardless, the experience was amazing. I was welcomed instantly, and helped throughly. I was a little nervous going in that I would be discriminated due to my age, however Randy took me and my mattress search very seriously. 10/10experience, I will definitely be recommending and coming back.

My wife and I went in to shop for a new mattress and didn't know what we were looking for at first. We were greeted by Jess who was great in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Even though he was the only one working, he took the time to show us every mattress that fit our criteria, in detail. He was very professional and well versed in his knowledge of mattresses, and his customer service skills were off the chart. I would definitely buy from here again, and I would highly recommend this salesman and store to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

Randy was great he showed me different options for what I was looking for. When I provided him information on why I was shopping for a new mattress sciatica and hip pain he provided an excellent option which I immediately felt the pain in my trouble areas go away. Another great experience at Mattress Firm. We were greeted at the door, and, although there was another customer, Jess, came over to answer any questions that we needed and ensured us he would be with us as soon as he had completed the sale with his current customer. He identified what we needed provided us an opportunity to, try it out and even take a few minutes to make a suggestion for a more appropriate mattress for our guestroom. Once we were ready to check out, he asked all the questions as we needed delivery to multiple addresses, and double checked, making sure that we had everything we needed. Paperwork was quick and easy and we were out the door in no time at all. Thank you!

Montrail was absolutely amazing!!! He was so patient with me as we tried to find the best mattress for my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about each mattress I tried out and he had an answer to every question I threw at him. He had wonderful customer service skills, was a joy to talk with, and made the entire process feel personalized. I never felt rushed - he even stayed late to make sure that all my needs were met!
