An exceptional experience from beginning to end. It ended up taking 3 visits as we struggled making a decision and wanted to compare mattresses at other locations as well. Keoka took such good care of us and made herself available to us as needed. She was also quick to respond when I reached out. Never did we feel pressured...rather fully supported. Looking forward to our new mattress.

Spoke with Victor on Thursday, told him what I needed. And he was awesome with his knowledge. He even let me know clearances and sales going on . Well hearing about sales and clearance that was music to my ears . My grandson will no longer sleep on the floor. Victor helped all he could and knowledgeable and Great personality to boot!! I was planning on buying my mattress online without trying it in person. But I decided to go in person. I received immediate friendly service. I got my mattress 50% off, requested to recycle my old mattress, and they gave me a free box spring, and free delivery for the day after next. All for the same price that I would have paid if I had ordered just the mattress I was looking at online. I will be a repeat customer!

We were greeted by Phillip as soon as we walked in the door even though he was with another customer. He provided very in depth information on the mattresses we were looking at and even talked us into an electronic base. Excellent customer service.

Marc was an amazing help at the DeZavala store. He is incredibly knowledgeable and asked questions that really helped guide our process. We had to bring our baby and he was so kind and accommodating. He didn’t rush us but was attentive when we needed help. 10/10 would recommend working with Marc

It was really convenient to be able to transact this purchase and delivery via text and phone-I didn’t have to go to the store, wait for help. I sent my first text at night and Marc replied first thing in the morning. He answered my questions about which box spring I wanted. I expressed concern about my current wood and slats spring system ending up in the landfill but he assured me they will haul off and find repurpose for most materials . Great! I can be relieved about that and not have to figure that out on my own. I was bummed that the $50 off for giving your email only applied for a larger purchase ?. But Marc gave me a little deal. Thank you! I was also impressed that the delivery window was a tight two hours and they called 20 minutes before arrival so I could tell my friend who was going to receive the deliver. So I think it all we well EXCEPT the delivery person wouldn’t take the wood slats and frame. Because it’s “not traditional.” Grr. Now I DO have to figure that out.
