Miller was awesome. He helped me try out a few options, while making suggestions based on the mattress I currently have and really like (just needed to upgrade to a king). The best part was Miller was not pushy at all. When a sales guy/associate is pushy I usually am far less likely to buy. Miller was super chill. I had a strict budget I was willing to spend, and he helped work a deal.

Joe was very helpful. Gave us the right information we needed and directions on delivery service. After getting a delivery time that did not meet my schedule I talked to Joel (at the store) and he helped us charge the delivery day to one that works better for us. I had such a SPECTACULAR experience at Mattress Firm and it’s all thanks to Joel!! He was very knowledgeable in all the products, explained all features and benefits, and really took the time to understand my needs. His professionalism and friendly approach is truly top-notch!
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and the purchase I’ve made. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new mattress!
