Bought metal box springs 7/2023 because the employee or store manager said it would be more durable. 8/2024 the metal box springs have sagged on one side. The warranty process is so awful even though the images I have uploaded clearly show that the metal box spring is bent.
I do NOT recommend purchasing inferior mattresses or box springs here.
If you’re looking for a new mattress or box springs, Cantwell is family owned and local!

This store is a mattress Disneyland! I had no idea there were so many different technologies in the “makings” of a mattress. Fortunately, Mark (my sales rep), helped me focus on a brand and quality that fit not just my desire for comfort, but also my budget. He took 2-hours to patiently escort me from mattress-to -mattress and until I hit "bingo.” You got nothing to lose but sleep: visit this locale if only to “try before you buy.”
