Ken Mark was the perfect Sales Rep. He asked questions pertinent to my purchase and listened to my needs to better serve me as the customer. He offered me different options and made suggestions. Next time I purchase a mattress I will know where to go.(Give this man a raise!) Thank you!

Great customer service! Walked in, let the sales person know what we wanted and were done in less than 20 minutes. Provided us information about other items for comparison so we can ensure we are buying the right item but did not try to sell us more than what we came for. Definitely recommend Mattress Firm Shops at Dove Creek.

Prior to going to the store I was online shopping for a mattress. My husband and I decided to go into the store to try out a mattress I thought was perfect. I was wrong but, CHRISTOPHER was helpful and asked what it was we needed in a mattress. After my husband and I tried a couple of his recommendations, we finally got one and I'm excited to get some much needed rest. Ty!
