I’ve had a watch battery replaced here and Mary is so knowledgeable about all things clocks and watches! I recently bought a new watch and was unsure about the quality and Mary took a look to help me decide to keep it or not. She also is very knowledgeable about grandfather clocks and gave me a lot of information about the process of moving and repairing the one I have. Excellent and friendly customer service as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend, my family will be taking their watches here now!

Hands down the best shop in town! This is my go to spot for my watches. Aside from fixing my watch I was also shown how to utilize it fully. I have a habit of dropping/smacking my pieces so I’m a frequent flyer here. It’s only a Matter of a Time ❤️.Thank you!

Mary and Armando are more than just clock makers… they are memory savers! They helped to save my families grand father clock while attempting to transport cross country. I can not say enough nice things about the level of customer service and knowledge that they both have! Thank you both!

Mary and Armando are both experts and friendly. Mary has helped me on 3 separate occasions with my automatic wristwatch and Armando was able to fix what I was afraid was an irreparable issue. I thank them for their service and also recommend them strongly. They will do their best to help you, just remember it will take time for them to get the work done and they are a small shop so adjust your expectations, you should leave satisfied! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had brought in a 1954 Omega Seamaster that needed a cleaning and needed some parts replaced on it- the team here did a wonderful job on my watch - it’s been running beautifully for the past 6 months since I’ve picked it up - and I would highly recommend them for any watch servicing needed. They charged me a very reasonable price for the service and I will be back when I need other watches serviced! Great customer service

Went to Matter of Time for a battery change and to discuss a possible restoration on my grandmother's old Bulova wrist watch. The battery change was quick and very affordable. The restoration question was eye opening, she gave me lots of information about vintage watch restoration. After my education, it didn't make sense to pursue a restoration after all. That's okay with me, I was just wondering if it was possible and what the cost may be. Very friendly and helpful.

Impeccable, knowledgeable customer service. I literally drive 10 miles and pass numerous other businesses to use their services. When it comes to watches and clocks, these folks are virtual encyclopedias.I truly cannot speak highly enough concerning the quality of the work performed by Matter of Time. I highly recommend them.
