First time at a pawn shop and the owners were really nice and told me about the deals that they were having before I bought anything which made it so much better when finding how much I wanted to spendI bought three knives and should've paid $60 and ended up getting all 3 for $45 I will definitely keep coming back to this location ?

This place just sucks. Everything is behind the counter you have to point to the item and then you know how that goes. This one sir? No. This one lol.What really gets me is they are behind bars for the money transactions but you jump the display case and you are in lol. Bars vs display cases lol. Everything is dirty from what you can see so what does the stuff look like up close?????

Great service from the staff and a good inventory of stuff. One of the last few real pawn shops remaining in a sea of “CashAmerica’s” and “EZPawns”.

Lady was rude! And they were about to accept a little kids bike that the guy very obviously stole! Wish the owner Mary was there, I know her and she wouldn’t have liked the way I was treated I hope .

I never right reviews but when someone goes out of their way I believe the should be acknowledged. Had an issue with my FFL order which was totally my fault do to not doing enough research before I ordered. Ms. Rebecca not only went out of her way to try and help me resolve the issue, but also didn’t charge me for the return. Even though disappointed about not being able to pick my order, it was very pleasant meeting and working with Ms. Rebecca. She was very kind and respectful as I was to her as well. Morale to the story…. treat people as you would want to be treated, you never know the effect someone’s day/life.Thanks again Ms. Rebecca for your help and kindness
