Loved my experience here, Just had them do a transmission on my ram 1500 Eco-Diesel. Gave me multiple options for pricing and ordered and installed my parts right on schedule. Ask for Chris, he’s the man!

Went into this place twice now and both times they've gone above and beyond. I had a new cat that sprayed and brought my car in to get the transmission fixed and warned them about the smell I was struggling to get out. When I got my car back the next day the smell was gone! They didn't ask for money didn't even mention they did it to get credit!! Outstanding character shown and awesome customer service. Highly recommend. They will make sure your vehicle is taken care of.

Always such a pleasant and thorough visit. My boyfriends 2016 jeep has been well taken care of as well as my 2006 Volvo. They work with my schedule in taking care of different things at different times. I believe their prices are absolutely worth the quality work and amazing customer service. I live in converse, and this auto shop is worth the travel

I had a check engine light on my Volvo XC90. Auto zone told me the code was for a mass air flow sensor. Martin's replaced the Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve, diagnosed and replaced a broken engine mount, and changed the oil. The next day I drove to work and home, then noticed oil below the car. I returned to Martin's, and they diagnosed a bad part, kept the car to replace it, and gave me a ride back to my house. They later returned to my house to put something on the spot where the oil leaked in order to make it right. They also offer a military discount on labor.

This shop is not recommended at all. First, they bait you when they are recommended, so you think "They must be good!". No. They are only good at scamming customers. We took our car there to get the power steering fixed since it was leaking. They claimed it was fixed. We trusted them, so we took the car home. We asked about warranty and the guy said "Sure. It's in the paperwork.". Well, it was still leaking and after 3 days we took it back. They claimed it was something else, so we would have to pay again for this new problem that is not covered under their warranty. We paid over $1000 and we felt cheated and scammed when they wanted more money to fix the problem that they originally had fixed and they claimed it was under warranty. Do not go there. They misdiagnosed the problem. They hand you a fake warranty brochure, that doesn't even have their name on it. When you pay and sign, you are only signing and agreeing to the service performed not that you are getting a warranty on that service. Beware! Fake! Scam! They even have a BBB sign next to the counter, and when we called to file a complaint. Guess what. They are not even associated with them. We filed with BBB anyways. So we have to wait and see the results. If you are not signing a document that has your make and model of car with specifics as to what the warranty it covers, YOU DON'T GET A WARRANTY! That's the loophole. A very common scam. Sad that they are doing it and sad for all the people that fall for it. Oh, and the guy can't even look you straight in the eve!

I am very dissatisfied with Martins Auto Clinic. The power steering fluid was leaking from my PT Cruiser. Twice, I brought the car to a local garage that claimed to have replaced the power steering pump and pressure line. But the car continued leaking fluid. So, then I took the car to the North Star Dodge dealership. But they told me they couldnt do the job, and instead referred me to Martins Auto Clinic, which they highly recommended. So, I went to Martins, where they told me the problem was the exact same pump and hose, which the local garage claimed to have replaced. Martins replaced them again. I paid $1041.02 for the repair (which also included two drive belts). However, three days after I paid and picked the car up, the power steering fluid had leaked out once more. I took the car back to Martins because it was under a Technet warranty. After examination, they told me the problem was the Rack and Pinion component, which would not have been covered by the original warranty. So, I would have to pay more money to get that fixed, and, in effect, throw good money after bad. Martins claimed the power steering was not leaking the week prior. Yet, three days after I took my ********* home, the exact same problem had started up all over again. If youve had a similar experience with Martins Auto Clinic, please let ** know.

Yet, three days after I took my little PT home, the exact same problem had started up all over again. If you've had a similar experience with Martin's Auto Clinic, please let us know.

I went to Martins based on their reviews and I was very happy with their service. I have a 2019 Audi that has a defective back up component. Very helpful with a difficult to find part, discussed best and worst scenario on installation and got it done best case scenario. I found their staff to be honest, helpful and reliable. I saved a lot of money off the dealers quote and will definitely be back!

SCAM!! WORST AUTOSHOP EVER!! I used them for about a year! They would constantly reassure me of the work they did on the car. I would pay for fluid top offs and they would say they completed it, same with the oil changes. I also had a few repairs done on the car. After a while, I got a weird feeling a repair wasn't completed and the next day brought it to a more reputable company. Turns out EVERYTHING they claimed they completed, they NEVER did and the reputable shop documented the photos for me of how the fluids, oils, etc. Also the repair they "did" they never did, because the reputable shop told me there was still a leak in my car and said that this part is not new and hasn't been changed out if it was recent. They took so much money from me and I was CONSTANTLY back at their shop every 2-3 months. Do not be fooled! They would claim they changed my filters, they never did. they claimed my brakes were great, they were completely warped. it's ridiculous how much stuff they "did" with receipts that they never actually did. Strongly advise against this company!Services: Brakes

First time going to this mechanic. If I cant do it myself I'm very hesitant. About who I let under the hood of my vehicle. Took my vehicle in to get the alternator replaced. They worked at a fast pace with fair prices. They do offer financing through Synchrony Car Care which you do have to apply for through Synchrony. Definitely recommend.
