We have lived here at the Rim for a good while and have seen a few different maintenance men during this time. Art has come to our apartment several times and we are so pleased with his work. But more than that he is a kind and caring person. In these times those two traits mean a lot to us. Five stars to Art!!!!

Our matienance personal “Art” went over and beyond today with our work orders. Going the extra mile with a smile and positive nature to ensure we were satisfied. Before leaving he informed us and answered our questions of the work at hand. His professionalism and attention to detail always leaves us feeling great to open the door and feel at ease. He is a prime example of what all properties need. This man deserves a rise! Thank you again Mr. Art!

So this morning 3/14/2023, I went to throw trash in the dumpster. Well I accidentally threw my car keys in there. Art the maintenance man went above and beyond to help me get them out for me. I am very grateful.

I’ve recently moved to this complex and haven’t had a single problem. Everytime I see the the office staff and maintenance crew they’re always welcoming and asking if I need anything. Of course I say no because they have already taken care of everything. My move in was an easy process Nick and Taylor went above and beyond. Mrs Jennifer was very welcoming and has an amazing personality. Josh, AJ and Art are always on top of everything. I’ve never have any issues with the gate, grounds are always clean, no break ins. Packages are left alone at my apartment. My neighbors are friendly. I never had any issues with fleas, and the pool is never ever green! I’m looking forward having a few drinks poolside this summer with my little family. And my little absolutely loves the space in her room with a walk in closet. Thank you everyone at Marquis at The Rim for making this possible.

If you ever have a maintenance issue make sure to request Art! He’s always super helpful and always gives recommendations on home care and goes above and beyond! He’s also very considerate of my apartment and my things while he’s working which I think is great. I hope he never leaves at least while i’m a resident here. I know I can trust him to get the job done well!

Maintenance is great! I placed a work order late last night and Art was here first thing in the morning. He resolved my issue quick and provided preventative actions I can take to avoid any further issues.

I'm totally of the mindset that knowledge is power, and Art with maintenance provided so much education & reassurance about the sudden issue we were having with what turned out to be a messed up stove burner. I was about to use my last few PTO hours for the year in fear of leaving my apartment after waking up last night to smoke everywhere and the smell of something burning with no obvious cause. Though the emergency line created a hiccup by recording my number wrong (and therefore delaying fixing the issue), Art promptly came by in the morning and walked me through the process of figuring out the problem & addressing it, meaning I didn't have to use my PTO up! Truly a personable & funny guy! He even gave me other awesome renters tips that I can carry with me moving forward. I hope the managers know what a gem having someone like him on their team is.

The maintenance team, specifically Art, was fantastic. We transferred apartments and he came in to give us the run down. He showed us many ways to save money around the apartment and be more efficient! I really appreciate the time and care he invested with us. 10s across the board!

I visited this property as prospect. My lease at my Current apartments ends in December and I was shopping around. When I walked in right away a maintenance man approached me asking if I needed help. I was asking about the property details and security and he was so very helpful. While talking to him I asked his name and he said Art. Very welcoming! I will def be back to this property.

The heating element in our hot water heater went out. So we called the maintenance hotline and within minutes. Our maintenance guy ART was there. He was so helpful and changed out our heating element plus got is a new filter for our ac unit and replaced the old one. He also gave us a couple of household tips. He was Very helpful. Very nice. He was very genuine. We need more people like this!!

I’ve been living here for a few years and really like it. The location is great and the apartments themselves are pretty nice too. It’s not perfect, since the apartments are aging, I have to put in maintenance requests often on appliances that don’t work anymore. Luckily, the service requests 9/10 times get completed very quickly. I always have a great experience when the maintenance staff, especially Art come to help fix things in my apartment. Although I give the apartment complex a 4/5 star review, I give Art a 5/5 star review rating. Recently he came to fix my kitchen light, which was a complex job that took several days to fix and multiple maintenance staff had to come help. Art stayed until the job was finished, cleaned the debris and bugs that came down from the old ceiling kitchen light, and while working he also made sure to ask me and my roommate to keep a safe distance while we were around the kitchen. He was very friendly and also gave me a few tips on how to continue to maintain my apartment. Other maintenance staff like Josh also provide tips if you ask them.Although the Rim area in general has its downside (cars getting broken into and stolen), I regularly see a police patrol around here and I feel safe because the apartment complex makes a good job at communicating frequently when incidents happen and advising on precautionary measures to take. They also take the time to continuously make improvements to the apartment complex like cleaning the outside halls, repaving the parking lot, and repainting the buildings! The staff is also very attentive both at the front office and also the maintenance staff. I’ve had both Art and the front office employees go above and beyond for helping me with lost and found items as well as general questions about the policies of the complex. Thanks for all that you do!
