Wasn't appreciated being told to do more reseach I didn't call to get judge nor to be hung up on completely unprofessional. I'll make sure the human society is well aware of the people they are directing us to. My dog was stolen if I knew where the people lived I would of got him back. Will never call them again!!

I am so unimpressed. Called during "operating hours" listed, but it rings off the hook until finally you get the message, "Memory is full". Why do so many shelters and lost pet advocacy sites list them if they have such horrible reviews. We just want our dog back. We are grieving. Either be the business you claim or shut down. No one in this situation has time for false leads to businesses unavailable.

I've used this service for many years and have found many owners through them. I'm not sure what the "reorganization" is that they are going through, but pray they are back online soon.

I called and made a report when my kitty Skippy went missing. Marlene was so nice and understanding. She encouraged me that cats really do have a strong sense of smell and told me not to give up. She also gave me good websites to reference and offered tips. For example, when I told her that I had put my kitty's litter outside she told me to put an article of clothing outside that smelled like me instead. This way, if he was lost he would be able to smell his way home. I figured it was worth a try so I did what she said. When I got home from work my kitty cat was outside and hungry! He is now safe. Thank you for contributing your time Marlene. You made a difference :)

This is the very worst organization! I lost my dog on 12/25, and have called Man and Beast at least 30 times, to no avail. I get an unprofessional message that does not allow me to leave a message. No wonder the US falls behind rest of the advanced nations in protecting animals, with such incompetence. Save your money and demand a centralized professional system that will not only lobby for animal rights, but help pet owners in their hour of need.
