John and Nick were extremely helpful. I got in a wreck and it was a nightmare working with the insurance who was going to cover the repair at Major's. After a few rough months I ended up paying out of pocket for repairs, John and Nick made it afforadable and hassle free to get my car fixed. They did a great job repairing my vehicle.

Where do I start, my mom wrecked here 2002 GMC truck front end damage. she's been having this truck sense brand new. The insurance company wanted to total it out for less than $4500. Does anyone have any idea how much a new truck cost? Does anyone have a idea a use truck cost? Major Body& Paint John and his crew are Fantastic, he did what the insurance company didn't want to do. Not only he fixed the truck he helped me and my mom through the ordeal. Thanks again to John.

...well the repair was acceptable,,however it appears to me that my vehicle was used as a break room. My car had spilled beverage and food particles through it. I don't drink coffee nor do I eat in my vehicle, not to mention white paint and dusty stuff throughout the entire vehicle. Maybe I shouldn't have the vehicle set to lock automatically, I guess they merely left the vehicle open for the 3 weeks it was being repaired. I am Very disappointed in the filth left behind....again the work is acceptable I think,,

I own a 2009 Cadillac DTS and managed to break one of the tension rods in the trunk. After dropping by several repair and collision shops including two who claim to only work on Cadillacs, I was told that the parts that older model was discontinued. I took a chance and visited Majors Body & Paint. Discussed the situation with the GM John Sferle who immediately make several phone calls and managed to track the part required in a Colorado warehouse. It had to be the only one that exists in the world. Had the part shipped to his shop and although there is no know document to show how to install the tension bar, he and a staff member were able to install the bar. They also provided a very reasonable price to have repairs done. I have been in the customer service arena for quite some time before retiring. During that time, I was taught great consumer service is finding a way to say "YES" even though the answer would ordinarily be "NO". After visiting several body shops that day and being told no way. It was terrific to have a business tell me they will not give up until the job is done and I a satisfied. Thanks John and your staff at Majors Body & Paint. Great job. I will defenintly refer others to you.

I had an issue with my trunk door for over 6 months. I’ve visited multiple places telling me they cannot help me. I was recommended to go to Majors Body & Paint. Nick and John were incredible! Nick has fantastic communication skills and went above and beyond for me to help me fill in knowledge gaps. They were patient and kind but efficient and honest with pricing and the work they did. I 100% recommend this business to anyone with auto repair needs.

I had questions about a recent fender-bender I was in that left no damage to my car. They took the time to look at my car and puctures of the outer car and explain what questions to ask my insurance adjustors to ensure I was not left holding the bag. I was impressed that he took the time and treated me graciously
