Never going back again. I've seen him in the past and was OK. His office looks old and old equipment like from my middle school science class from the 80s. Refused to see me in person because have covid. Then I had to drive to his office park outside and do paperwork while I'm sick. When he finally calls me for a telehealth conference he claims he tried to do video but he did not. Told him my symptoms and asked for a cough syrup he has prescribed me in the past and other mess and he refused and lied to me saying g they don't make it anymore and tried to give me something g else he probably gets money to prescribed from pharmaceutical reps. Horrible doctor rude staff I'm surprised if he really is a doctor

My Saving grace!!! Kind, patient, and understanding. Takes the time to get you the medical help you deserve. Costs are absolutely reasonable. Doc is exceptional and professional, blessed to have him & the staff in my life.

Ive had my fair share of bad small clinics but this was not one of them they were so kind and understanding they were also extremely helpful and accommodating. One of the best little clinics I recommend thank y’all for a great experience!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had been coming here and told this doctor for like a year I had severe hypertension and didn’t know why. He assumed bc I was fat. He suggested keto. Kept increasing my dosage Of beta blockers and thyroid medicine . Well I guess at some point o became VERY hyperactive thyroid from over medication, I have NO thyroid so that should have never happened. But he kept prescribing me 200 mcg of levothyroxine. Anyways I was having a fast heart rate , severe hypertension, hair falling out. I ended up going to a different clinic. They found out I was so incredibly hyperthyroid from too much medication, and at immediate risk for heart attack from cholesterol levels. This place never even ask me if I wanted my cholesterol checked. I had no idea !!!!Since leaving and going elsewhere the new place helped me get my cholesterol down and a NON KETO diet plan to help me and now my hypertension is almost gone ! I’m still hyperthyroid 5 months later ! It’s slowly getting back to normal . They said I was given such a high dosage for so long I was lucky I didn’t have a heart attack ! Screw this place !!! This doctor doesn’t care and my life at risk.

So they offer rates that are affordable to individuals who have low income. Sometimes these patients get spouses or parents to help. I paid for my daughter,s labs and they won't even send written labs. They give you all medical information to includes labs verbally. UNREAL..WORST PLACE EVER

I was under their care for almost 2 years. I decided to get my testosterone replacement therapy from another provider. Immediately there were problems dealing with the front office staff. When I told them I was going to someone else for the testosterone I said I would still like to keep you as my primary care physician. After speaking with them several times it was obvious they were not interested in my business because I stopped taking the testosterone. In the two years that I went there I was constantly arguing with the staff about the time of my appointment. They would never inform me of a change yet they will change it on a regular basis. On Monday, August 16, 2021 I called in to get a refill of my high blood pressure medicine. I explain to the front office staff that I was leaving town on a family emergency would be gone for three weeks. They denied refilling my blood pressure for this critical Medication. I have been taking the same her blood pressure medicine the entire time I’ve seen this provider and it ihas always controled my blood pressure.Bottom line they refuse to refill my prescription to be vindictive. I am now going to file a formal complaint with the American medical Association. It is obvious they do not truly care about the Health of their patient. The only thing they care about is the money. They are a disgrace to the medical community and should be shut down.

They gave my wife a certain time to get there she had high blood pressure she just needed to get a check and when she got there they said she was five minutes late and they couldn't see her and they charge 50 bucks every 3 months just to get a prescription and if you need a prescription they won't even give it to you it's all about money and unprofessional place I would never go back there again don't go bad service take advantage of the sick and the poor

I had a friend who visited this clinic due to a skin condition. She had been hoping to get more insight on why she was experiencing excruciating pain in her crouch areas. Dr. Macias prescribed antibiotics which made her sick (this is not the issue here) and after she came in person he suggested they take a culture. After completing the culture she was told that there was no infection present. How does a condition primarily caused by bacteria yield a no infection present on a culture? Furthermore I feel that this was sheer misinformation and a waste of her time and money. People count on healthcare workers to help and educate them. Try some place more thorough!

I made an appointment for my diabetic husband. Symptoms: coughing and vomiting. When I called they were awesome, relatable and genuinely caring! Yes, they did HAVE to do a Covid test, because of the symptoms, before he could be seen, but it took 15 minutes and was a simple finger poke (no cotton swab up the nose). The staff treated him like family, the doctor even gave him a fist bump! We don't have insurance and the visit was less than $100! Needless to say, we found our new primary care!!! I highly recommend them! They truly care for their patients instead of treating them like a number!!!

Since moving to San Antonio I’ve met cold, straight to the point doctors that make you wait Hours and then rush you out. I’ve also gotten turned down because I had not met my deductible and couldn’t pay the full amount, I wasn’t allowed to split it and pay the other half just the next day when I go payed. I was bawling and couldn’t get help that day. Why was I even going through this? I wondered. Why wasn’t anybody helping. So I went back to my car, and searched for good affordable doctors on the web. Macias popped up first and After reading reviews, I made an appointment, not expecting much. After our consultation and his genuine concern for my overall health I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.People like him , doctors like him help restore my faith in humanity,And doctors! Thank you.
