The service department is just horrible I've been getting the run a round for about 2 months on a service repair for a 2023 f150 which should be priority because it is a brand new truck! For a month my service adjuster didn't even contact me! I had to reach out to the Manager JR who said my truck would b ready Friday 1/19/24 and it is now Tuesday 1/23/24. Just so unprofessional I don't recommend any service here at all.

I wanted to take a moment to write a "Thank-you" to Brenda for all the times she has demonstrated her willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. It is always a great experience working with Brenda, she goes out of her way to take good care of my truck and the turn it around is always quickly. Brenda scheduled me a courtesy ride to work, and Jayci with pick up and delivery kept me very informed when my vehicle would be delivered to me at my place of employment. It is customer service like this that keeps me coming back to this dealership and its employees like Brenda and Jayci that make the experience great. Thank you once again.

The waiting area was very clean upon entry. I've been here several times before for an oil change and I fully expected to be here for at least an hour but was told it would be about 20 min. In the end it was an easy 30 min wait. I'll continue to service my truck here!

Do not buy a car from here! Their policy makes their vehicle warranty obsolete. So when you take your vehicle to get serviced they typically cannot see or service your vehicle for 7-14 days. That's just to diagnose it! They usually say an excuse like a machine is unavailable or being used somewhere else or something then push you to try and buy a new vehicle offering you below market value for your trade in. When we asked for a loaner car they said they are all checked out and NEVER have one available. Save yourself the frustration.

Armando made the purchase of our vehicle super easy and explained this whole process in detail! He was able to answer all of our questions rapidly and we very much appreciated that he gave us a variety of options! Only giving 4 stars because the person who was explaining the GAP insurance and APR plus all that jazz did not know how to answer our questions!

We have been coming here for years pretty disappointed that these recent last few years they have lied to us and damaged our vehicle. Paid a lot for a used part that they claimed was "new" and still have trouble with it. Whoever fixes the vehicles needs to be careful. We got a broken dash where someone may have smacked it with equipment but they claimed it's the "heat". Bottom of the truck is sticking out where they opened it but didn't fully put it back. The bottom right by the glove box was also pulled open and not placed back correctly. Just take your vehicle to get fixed by someone who will actually fix it and not lie about it nor damage it instead of paying an arm and leg.

Waste of time haggling! Gave them another chance to earn our business but all the hiding of numbers they do is a shame! I feel really bad for the people of the South Side that they seem to take advantage of. I'm hoping people start to pay attention to the number game they play and are cautious before falling victim to the or car buying shenanigans! Peace out!

Not so Quick Lane. Customer service is average nothing special. Have no idea what the point of scheduling service in Ford App. This dealer doesn't hold to scheduled appointments even when confirmed in a text from them. Don't bother wasting effort to schedule service. Plan on wasting your day. Maybe it's because I didn't buy from them. Moved here and am less than impressed with Quick Lane. Would change my own oil or go elsewhere but have a free maintenance package so day wasted. 2 stars because sales and parts may be better than service department.

Never get your car serviced here. They took FOUR months to "fix" a small transmission problem and when i got it back it still had the same problem. I made four car payments while my vehicle was there and nothing was given to help me during that time. They couldn't even give me a loaner vehicle. They offered 35$/day for a rental but for only 10 days and they had my vehicle for 50+ days. Don't bring your car here, don't even buy a car from here. The car I had was bought from here only 3 months before it needed service.

On March 1st I bought a used car VIN: 1FMCU9J96JUC75770. Ford Escape 2018 for 19,999 The car was having issues since day one and was hard to drive. On March 13th the engine light turn on for what I contacted Alfred the person who sold me the car who told me to bring it in which i did, after that i call every day and people at service keep telling me that they don't have my car after 3 days of calling one person who's last name is Nagi said the car was sent to reconditioning on March 14th Alfred send me a message stating that the car was done and i didn't have to pay nothing. The car was again making noises (rattling and air release related noise) to which with reasonable doubt i was skeptical to bring back and opted to get a full diagnostic. On March 19th Pepboys find out that the place where the dealership send the car to did not connect the turbo and a valve that was underneath the motor. They fix it and charge me 275 dollars. On March 20th the engine light turn back on and i texted Alfred he did not respond for 3 days than said to bring it back in. On March 21st i brought the car back and I personally went to the Ford dealership and requested to talk to the manager they did not help this and instead bring a sales person who said he will contact "Javier" and as the manager in the used car department he will personally handle this situation. On March 23rd. Javier called to say that they found out the issue the engine was shut and needed to be replaced he was going to find out what was the next steps i expressed i want out i don't trust the dealership or the mechanics or the company or brand.... Today after days of being radio silent the contact me in the morning. A guy named Ron told me they will take 2-3 weeks to fix the engine but they will pay a rental car up to 45 dollars up to 10 days, and my problem is that i don't want nothing to do with this dealership I'm a single mom with 2 kids with special needs i been struggling everyday to go to work using ride share applications and on top of that having to pay for a car that i haven't been able to drive for not even 10 days. And there is no cars that are able to be rented for less than 60 dollars so on top of being sold a lemon car and pay to fix it... I still have to pay money to rent a car and a loan for a car unused that is been at the dealership? This is outrageous and I'm very disappointed with the paper that theac Haik Ford dealership had over my family's life. Help me return the money to the Exeter financial company and free me out of this nightmare. I will take the steps necessary to find justice over this unfortunate situation.

They said they didn't have the correct part. Didn't know they glued the temporary one onto the windshield! Brand new bronco windshield recall. Love it! Temporary Rear view mirror that is constantly bouncing around like I got 4 12s full power in the back that has been glued onto the windshield by the service department :)

my comments will dissappear in the massive ocean of bad reviews anyways my brake light story, you call it is it incompetence, is it I don't care attitude who knows, 3 seperate trips 2 for the wrong part 1 for wrong part and refund this is for a light bulb the rude whispering in the ears the look of guilt in there faces when I returned the part the 2nd time for the topping we have a general manager defending the parts crew and dismissing my complaint if it's this much trouble for a light bulb ......stay away stay far away
