Very Unprofessional.. Lynn yelled at Sunny for 10 minutes about taking my acrylic overlay job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had never felt more uncomfortable before in any nail salon until I came here. Going to the nail salon should be something fun and relaxing and this was the opposite. I paid half the bill and walked out and wish I hadn’t paid a cent. I only paid because I felt badly for Sunny. Lynn has anger issues and makes everyone uncomfortable. this was my first time back in 5+ years and the place has deteriorated horribly with hoarder tendencies. I was in the area and thought I’d get a nail job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!If you’re looking for a good place go to OCEAN NAILS in Universal City… go see Don and Tina.

I love Lynn and sunny idk why so many people have had bad experiences there but mine are always amazing and they do nails so pretty .. also they last a long time at least a good month for me. 10/10 love them

Terrible service, they charged me before finishing the job and it seemed to me in a very bad way. Low quality materials I have had my nails done for two days and they have already broken. I do not recommend it. give u a price and they don't respect it. they begin to speak in their language to speak ill of the clients.

I went to this shop for a pedicure for about 15 years. Sent my daughter and her friend (teens) there to get their nails done big mistake. The kids were told to stop talking. They refused to do the design she wanted.$50 for some jacked up nails. I would have taken her back the next day but they were closed. She took the nails off because they looked really bad. They lost a good customer. I don't play when it comes to my kids.

She did a great job! I had her alter a jumpsuit that was too tight around my belly and hip area. It was such a short time I was hesitant she wouldn’t be able to get it done, it took less than 24 hrs! I will definitely have her in mind when I need something alteredService: Alterations
