I absolutely loved shopping at Lush- North Star Mall. Nancy was amazing! My mom and I walked in and were welcomed with an absolutely lovely and kind person whose name is Nancy. She explained every concept of Lush and demonstrated the use of each project. She spent time showing us the different products. SHE IS AN ASSET to the team, if it wasn’t for her I would have been confused. Truly happy with the shoppping experience I had today and I look forward to shopping with Nancy again!

I have bought from LUSH for years and I enjoy coming. The service is amazing and the staff is friendly. However, I wish the staff would ask about more skin concerns to new customers. I highly recommend visiting LUSH to purchase fresh cosmetics.

It's my favorite store in North star mall. If you like organic vegan high quality enjoyable self care, body care and anything from head to toe. This is the store for you. Great customer service and friendly people. So many great things to buy and gifts to give loved ones. They keep you amazed at all the things they come up with to take care of your body from head to toe ???

I absolutely loved everything about Lush Cosmetics. Customer service was top notch, the store smelled amazing, and I enjoyed sampling products until I found what I wanted. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

My family and I love going to lush and picking out a self care item. We’ve consistently been going and has encouraged my kids to enjoy their bath/shower times. My husband loves using shampoo bar and it has lasted months, my current fave is shower jelly.
Thank you for the employees always willing to show us how items work and demonstrating self love with safe products.

Been to this location plenty of time. The girls are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them over the la cantera location any day after having a not so friendly interactions with the staff at la cantera. Jess helped me on two different occasions, she is super patient and sweet. Did not make me feel like I idiot for asking the questions I had about products. Let me sample a few moisturizers and mask. Came back another time for some shampoo bars and hydrating conditioners. She helped me with a return as well I placed online with my order number. Where la cantera refused. This location is my go to location from now on. Going the extra mile goes both ways! Thank you Jess!!! ?
