I took my wedding ring of 35+ years to Luis to replace the original mounting which was very worn and fragile. The repair time was prompt and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend his shop.

I called Luis to ask how quickly he could resize my ring and he had me go in today this morning. A few hours later he called and told me my ring is ready, there’s a thunderstorm and hail coming so he did not want me to get caught in the rain.Him and his team are absolutely incredible, so welcoming and so informative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and quality of service is 10/10.I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Dad and I went in with his Marine Corps ring and found it had no value to repair and it would be cost prohibitive to replicate.We were so surprised and thankful of Luis and his kindness to fix it as a keepsake so dad can wear again. Then amazed that he did the work free of charge.This is a business with heart and soul and I will always remember this sweet gesture towards my father when I or anyone I know has any need that Luis & Co. can serve ?

I broke a very dainty silver chain while cleaning. I took it to Luis &Co. to see if it could be repaired. In two days my necklace was repaired as good as new!! They even challenged me to locate the area where it had broken and I couldn't find it. Even though the links were tiny, there was no evidence of where the repair was performed. Excellent craftsmanship! I highly recommend and will return with all my jewelry repair needs.

I traveled 40 min from canyon lake because they said obviously bought diamonds . When arriving he looks at diamond for 30 min, acts like he wants it then refers to somewhere he says is a great place to sell. Let alone they don't even buy diamonds. I called and told the info that was giving to me. Before he refer/ (waiste my time) somewhere else I hung up in his face because the service trash. He calls back 20 min later and says he had the $2000 out of the 3k but needs one more test, I agree no prob. So I arrive for the second time the diamond passes his tests. I give him an Illinois id. He says they only accept Texas . So I travel get Texas I.d upon arrival he says he's talked to someone and doesn't want to do the deal. Waisted a few hours. Unprofessional, unknowledgable unfair. I he didn't have the equipment and or knowledge is fine but don't sit there and act like:(

I used Luis & Co for a ring appraisal as my insurance company required one. We dropped it off and he had it ready next day with the appraisal. The appraisal is very detailed and informative. Luis also disclosed some concerns of the setting of the ring and gave some realistic time frames when to have it repaired. You can tell he is passionate and knowledgeable for what he does. Highly recommend!

My 10yo engagement ring was missing a few diamonds, needed a cleaning, and also needed the size adjusted. Luis did such a beautiful job that my ring looked BRAND NEW! Felt like the 1st day I received it all over again! Heart-warming experience and beautiful work!

I have been to Luis' jewelry store now twice, and I really like going there. He's a pleasant man and easy to chat with, and does really nice work. I went in and had a ring sized and links taken off a bracelet watch, and both times, he did a fine job. The cost of the work wasn't cheap, but I think Luis' prices are in line with others in the area.

I had a clasp on a bracelet that I had been told couldn't be fixed - a friend recommended Luis & Co. and I am so glad I went - they fixed the clasp perfectly and it didn't cost near what I was quoted by other jewelers. The people are very honest - extremely courteous - you feel like you have a friend for life in this store. If you have any jewelry that needs repairing, please bring it to Luis - if he can't fix it, then it can't be fixed, I promise you!!! I have found my jewelry store for life :) Thank you Luis and staff....

I have used Luis for three repairs. He restored my wedding set after being smashed during an accident. He also was able to significantly reduce the size of my grandmother’s ring so I can wear it. This required a lot of fine attention as there were a lot of small diamonds that were impacted by the smaller band. I am very happy with the attention to detail.
