My car had some issues and was keep stalling. I brought my car here and paid $700 and i was told everything was fixed. After 2 days drive had all the same issues again and even worse… paid $700 for nothing… Now selling my car.

I think I am okay with paying for 1 hour of labor to replace a starter, and 2 hours of labor to replace 4 spark plugs. Doesn't make much sense to me, but okay, whatever.What I am NOT okay with is having to use my DEBIT card to pay for the charges and then having to cancel my debit card right afterwards because it has been used in Belgium. The credit card reader at Lucio's Automotive has been hacked. I didn't use that card anywhere else because it was the Thanksgiving holiday and everything was closed.Moreover, I used this shop for 20 years when the person working on the cars was Lucio himself. Now that it's Luis/Louis running the shop I don't think I'll be using them anymore.

If you're looking for an honest and good mechanic i recommend this place Highly he does excellent work and very honest and very reasonable on his work, been taking my vehicle's and all my family vehicles to him as well now for about the past 7yrs or so and as you or everyone else knows its very hard to find an honest and good mechanic now a days because if theybhave had bad experience with them or have been ripped off because of them have made the good mechanics hard to trust but this one is a very honest man and he also teachee you and tells you what is wrong withbit and breaks it down for you as well, give him a try, God BLESS him and his place....
