There is no Pro Desk members on the weekends to help costumers. I asked for help and was told there services are only Monday - Friday it’s sad because I need 800ft of privacy wood fence.

I wanna start off by saying today was the longest most frustrating search for a washer and dryer UNTIL we met this amazing, underpaid, and underappreciated employee named Ralph!! From helping us find what we needed to accompanying us on purchasing and even getting a Lowes card, this guy was superb!! I couldnt be happier with his customer service skills, his attentiveness, and his personality. Lowes needs to make sure this guy gets the credit he deserves!! Thank you Ralph for staying with Lowes when you didn't get your promotion you recently asked for. I'm glad I had you as my assistant today and pray that Lowes gives you the recognition you deserve!

I am so disappointed in this company! I went in to purchase a washer and drier set. First set I had my eyes on was out of stock. So, I looked around and I found a black set that was marked at $899 I believe and a white set with pink for $689 or $700 not sure. Both Samsung brand. Both are exactly the same the only thing was they were charging more because of the color, so I decided to get the white. My husband told the sales associate we wanted the white and I told her the white even pointed at the white, and my mother even said the white was better. We go to pay, we had to buy a few extra items and also opted for the warranty. Delivery was scheduled for April 22. They called me Friday and left a voicemail stating delivery would be from 12:30pm-4:30pm. When 4:30 pm came around I called the number on the voicemail, time frame had changed to 1:30pm to 5:30 pm. When 5:30 pm came around I called and spoke to an associate and they told me I just had to continue waiting and that it would get there. It was now 6:30 or 7 when I called and spoke to another associate , he put me on hold to speak with the opening manager. He came back on and said opening manager confirmed that all items were loaded onto truck in the morning and for me to continue waiting. It was now 9 pm and still had not received my items. I called again and asked to speak with a manager this time, a manager by the name of kyle was on the phone and told me he was gonna get to the bottom of this and to give him 10 minutes he was gonna contact some people and see where my item was. He called me back and said there was supposed to be 2 truck that day and the truck that was supposed to deliver my items never went back to load up my set. He said they don't deliver on sundays so I'd have to wait until Monday but that it would be first priority. And that he would try and give me a 10% discount for having to wait around all day long, especially since my son took off time from work to be there. Monday came around, I call the number and they are telling me time frame is 9am- 9pm to be delivered, I call around 6pm and Bryan seemed annoyed I was even calling to ask when my set was gonna be delivered. He said in his end it showed time frame was 8am to 8pm. 8:30 came around and I called the store again, waited on hold for 8 mins hung up and called back, waited on hold for 6 mins hung up and called again, this time I waited 15 mins but this time someone would answer the phone not say a word and then they would place me on hold again. This continues on for over an hour. I even called the pro line someone answered I asked to speak with a member of management and they hung up on me. I called a different lowes in SA I believe the one on goliad and a girl by the name of sierra was very nice and helpful. There wasn't much she could do, but she was very kind. I finally call this location again, and manger Lis answered the phone, I give her all my info and she puts me on hold so she could go to a different computer. She then tells me she isn't sure why! But my purchase was never loaded onto a truck because they don't deliver to this location and they have just been sitting in store. I'm really upset, I waited all day Saturday then all day Monday for nothing 2 days completely wasted, Then I asked her why was it that when I called her store for over and hour no one ever managed to answer my call? She said there was 2 members of management, but that she would talk with her staff. Staff would always pick up the phone but would not ask what I was holding for, or say pls wait, they would simply pick up the phone and place me back on hold, once they even hung up on me when I asked for management. She then said I could continue waiting for washer set or she could give a refund. My set was paid in cash, so I told her I'd be in store the next day. I have seen a lot of videos on TikTok saying that Lowe's delivery is awful, I told my husband let's hope this doesn't happen to us. And it did. If I could give no stars I would. If staff could stop asking me about my husband or boyfriend when I'm in the hardware aisle that would be great. Even if I had a husband or boyfriend I would be the designated "handyman" of the house. And even if I had a husband or boyfriend guys these days don't have much of a clue about home repair. I asked my plumber if he is ever asked about his wife or girlfriend in the hardware aisle and he just laughed no. No one asks me this in the paint aisle. Maybe I'm so well versed there that I don't need to ask for recommendations but anywhere else it's "where's your husband?" Or "what does your husband think about it?" "Where is your boyfriend tonight?" It's not that I'm so hot to get hit on in the hardware aisle. I go to Lowes dirty and makeupless. I'm usually not showered and fresh. Mainly because my tub faucet broke and couldn't shower which was the whole point of my trip to Lowes. I was able to do a quick fix with a stopper so that I could call the plumber in the morning. Maybe it's the pheromones and grime. But for the record, no I do not have a husband or boyfriend Mr. Plumbing Section man. Where's your husband tonight?

I am handicapped and on a walker. there were no electric carts nor any shopping carts in the store. after getting what we had to have, we didn't get everything we wanted, there was only self checkout. I saw a half a dozen e.ployees just wandering around the store like the didn't have anything to do.
The manager needs to get out of their office and get the employees to work or close the store

Whom ever they chose to contract my project out to is not a reliable company. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get a patio door installed. Door was purchased 3 weeks ago and the contractor still hasn't called. I call Lowes and the people I talk to are incompetent. They don't know what's going on. They try to pass it on to someone else. Horrible. So if your looking to get something installed, do not use Lowes to subcontract it out. Your better off finding a contractor your self. I promise you, you'll save yourself alot of time, headaches, and frustration.

Lowes DOES NOT have their own employees who are installers. Therefore , they do not care if your project gets completed or not and they DO NOT care about the quality of the work done. All they care about is the $$$ YOU pay THEM for the goods. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE !!! BEFORE YOU ENTER A CONTRACT WITH THEM, MAKE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT AND HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A START AND COMPLETION DATE IN WRITING!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Lowe's. There have been too many bad experiences to share every single one but I will say do not ever use their curbside pick up and do not ever use their floor installation service. Communication lacks!!

I bought a Maytag it broke three months after wards. They fix it then it broke again it took them a month and a week then they finally fix it!! This happened on thanksgiving fix after the new year!! I will never buy a product again from Lowe's they have the worst warranty people come to your home. The mechanic also broke a part that wasn't even broken from the start. Ugh!!

Horrible experience! Ordered a front door and had the worst, unprofessional, dismissive experience EVER! Manager at Lowe's will not ever call us back. The customer service line was helpful but couldn't do anything to help us. We placed the order at the store and the store never ordered it. Then when escalated the manager would never call us back and just pushed it off. When an employee finally ordered. It was stated it would take three weeks to create the door with the vendor. After three weeks every Wednesday we were told next Wednesday it would be delivered to the store to be installed. Customer service would call the vendor to ensure it was on the truck and every week for the past six weeks we have been given the same answer of next Wednesday. No ownership by Lowe's has happened to ensure paid product was shipped. Lowes continually blames vendor but does not take ownership for the relationship and the fulfillment of promise of product. I WILL get my money back and all my money will be going to Home Depot. As well as everyone else's I know.

My 70 year old vet father and my 65 year old mother went to go purchase a new set of Maytag washer and dryer on 6/11/21. They paid in full of 1361.79. The staff promised them they would get the new pair delivered on 6/30/21. My parents received them on the schedule date but was given 1 Maytag and 1 whirlpool. My Mother didn't know because they arrived in the box and didn't understand serial numbers. They opened the washer and some kind of termites or insects came out. Yuck! When my father noticed he asked my mother to go back with me. I'm glad I did. Unfortunately my father had to go to work and didn't want her to have problems again. I explained the situation to 3 people at Lowes. A lady at the appliance department looked at us and insisted that my parents got what they ordered because she talked to warehouse and delivery driver. She looked at us as we wanted to pool someone on them. She told us to go home and take pictures of boxes and appliances. Pictures below. We did. I kept explaining to her it was an error on the sales and warehouse stock error. The sales asked me : How do you know? With attitude ,then asked me where I use to work? I explained I understood this because I've worked with National, Warehouse furniture, and Aaron's in the past. I understood the process. Long story short she promises to pick up both on 7/2/21. We agreed because my parent wanted new pair. We left. Then I receive a message on my cell saying she would pick one up only. At this point, we are already upset. My Mom said if they don't bring me both 2 new Maytag I don't want anything. Sure enuff the sales lady said they couldn't do that due to backorder. Mind you my parents waited 3 weeks for these already. Now we have to wait until they pick them up to get my parents a refund. After all of this not even an apology for the inconvenience. My advice to you, make sure you go with your elderly parents to purchase big items. There always someone selling or poking their eyes out and promising things they can't deliver just to make a sale and get there hard earn money. Feeling disappointed with this Lowes. They lost my parents businesses and mine. I was looking to purchase Appliances myself but after this treatment nope not anymore. Don't come to this location. My advice to this location is to train your employees better and make sure they have great Customer service. Is this how you train your employees to treat the elderly and army veterans? Hopefully the other locations due better than this location. Just sad.
