I am a frequent purchaser for my roofing company and had a very disappointing experience at the Pro desk. Despite waiting for five minutes, the Pro desk representative, who was busy talking to Gorilla Roofing, advised me to speak to another man standing behind me after finally noticing us.
This man, with a dismissive look and mask on, made me feel like an idiot. When I asked if this was where I should check out, David, the employee, responded with an unnecessary attitude, correcting my language as if I were incompetent.
David’s behavior was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. If he were my employee, I would have fired him immediately. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable.
I own one of the largest roofing companies in America, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider continuing business here.
David Checkout 2 should be fired ? immediately

Super clean and the lady helped me out with my plants.Telling me how to do it and what I need to get to replant them at my house.They have discounts in the plants are , really nice! The mirror they have great prices as well And the people are just super friendly.This is our go to lowes

Had to bring in my small battery for replacement when it quit holding a charge after 4 months. Was told that the warranty was 90 days. Later, did my research and it was 6 months. Had to do a return trip to Lowe's to finally get the return done. Did not enjoy driving I-10 South to get back to Lowe's. No compensation offered for their mistake.

It seemed to me to be a good DIY store in which you will be able to find various materials for any type of construction, remodeling or furniture for your home. In some items the price is cheaper or lower than in its direct competition, but in others the same as in In other stores you will find things at a higher price and sometimes the quality is not very good. The only drawback I observed in this particular store was that the employees almost do not want to help you look for your items or materials that you need. I don't know if it is because They don't know or for something else but in general everything is fine.

No disrespect, but Lowe’s needs to clean it up. I frequent this store, because the Home Depot doesn’t carry some of the quintessential things I require. This last visit, or visits were more to do with a return (under warranty) a Kobalt 24 V battery tool. Holy jeez, nails on a caulk board. I guess I am just so use to Milwaukee Tools warranty (no frills, no push back, no nothin’). Can honestly say that Kobalt tools are quite good, unless you need their warranty. If you don’t have your original receipt, you’re looking at an uphill battle! I appreciate their rivalry, with Milwaukee, but let’s just say they are not ready for prime time. As a professional, I need my tools up and running, and don’t need a dance to have my failed tools replaced. I need them NOW! Customer support was mercurial in their demand. Call the first person, and I got one answer, call another, completely different interaction. Sad to say, but if it ain’t a hand tool labeled Kobalt, I won’t consider it. Sad, very sad, as I saw such promise in their line up.
Lowe’s is great for the home warrior. Usually, their dimensional lumber is great. Their moulding far supersedes the Depot, they carry Sashco products, and their fastener selection is way better than the Depot.
It is just very unfortunate that this Lowe’s is abysmal with their customer support, and the warranty process with Kobalt isn’t what the pro expects with the indications on the box.
Sorry Lowe’s and Kobalt, ya get two thumbs down. I’ll pay a little more for Milwaukee (better performance) and be comfortable in knowing they got my back.

Lowe's. I've been saying this for years their customer service is horrible. They got nobody in the aisles ever. Home Depot has like at least two people per isle. Lowe's has nothing. So if you definitely have to know what you're doing if you're going to Lowe's. The only thing Lowe's has better than Home Depot is there paved parking lot. When you come out with the carts stuff isn't shaking off of your cart from the horrible parking lot. I keep telling Home Depot they need to pave their parking lots. But honestly that's the only thing I'll say those has better than Home Depot.
