Paid almost $600 for a washer that doesn't work! Called store and warehouse and was to to call whirlpool that is CLOSED!
Delivery guy tried to charge me $150 to install. Just found out that's free. .
I will never buy from Lowe's again. What horrible customer service!!!!

Well Ramon behind the pro business center was not very professional. He was complaining and had some very colorful words about the "contractors". He was trying to go to lunch F-ing this and F-ing that. Ordered a whole new set of cabinets that Brian was very helpful getting together. Paint- had a total of 16 gallons of paint mixed and 1 5 gal primer. The guy behind the counter I was very specific that I had left a lumber cart for him to place the 5 gal mixed paint buckets for him to load him on. I noticed as I was gathering a few other things he literally tossed the paint on the floor next to the cart. Normally I wouldn't have cared but I just recently had hip surgery. I came to Lowes for Customer Service. This isn't my normal Lowes that I shop at. Normally I shop at store 1504. The Job I am working on is close to store 1625. If you live near this location on 35n and O'Connor rd. Go to Home Depot instead. I would rather get no service than the service I got today.

This review is for Jericho and his service alone,
He was very understanding and willing to help with a delivery issue that my family and I had. On top of dealing with the initial problem, Jericho was also doing other employees' jobs while still providing exceptional customer service!

I will say their Curbside pickup staff is top notch but other than that I’ve never had a good experience inside the store. It’s a shame I wish this was a Home Depot instead.

Went to this location this morning while he was picking some lumber and other misc things that needed to be loaded into our truck while waiting I couldn’t help but listen to the fork lift driver going back and forth and every other word was profanity. He eventually ended up knocking something over where I was waiting in the truck. In the end I had decided to call my husband and see if we could load the items together as this was Avery unpleasant experience. I watched multiple homeless people also walk in through the store and then go right back to sit In the parking lot next to there belongings. I would say all together this was a terrible experience and I was just waiting for some one to get hurt or something to happen in the parking lot. Drive up a little further for a cleaner experience that’s family friendly.
