I had a bad day at this store I wanted a sheet of plywood cut and half nobody was there to help finely I went to the front I ask to speak with the store manager never show up. So I left and went to home depot.

10/10 would not recommend. Management sucks here the store is dirty and cluttered. The crew is incompetent. The shipping and receiving dept have no clue of any safety measures. The forklift charging area is completely unsafe/ cluttered the chargers are leaking water. This place needs to be shutdown. They don't give you any certification to drive forklifts it's just get hired and figure it out. I can spot 10 OSHA violations walking through 1 isle. All of the management have a good complex despite having no training in business. It's laughable how incompetent the team is.

08/22/22 Could only find 1 employee to help me find what I was looking for. 4/23/24. Still the same only 1 employee to help me. Walked the whole store twice to find an employee to help?????

Went to customer service to get a duplicate receipt & waited 20minutes before I actually got help to replace my receipt. So half star for the 20 minuite wait time til someone actually started to look for my transaction to recover a copy of my receipt.

Representative at self checkout was extremely rude,not just to me,but to other customers using self checkout as well,very bad attitude, not representing the company well at all,customer service is about helping and interacting with customers, obviously she missed that day of training
