Walked in at 445 lady came up to me and said to come back tomorrow they were busy but there as only 1 lady and the store was empty lady said they had an appointment @530 they could not do my nails today so I told her I would wait lol she did not like what I told her don’t come to lovely Nails customer service sucks

It is exactly how it looks. They do not sanitize and they don't put bags in the pedicure bowls. Instead they just put water and start the pedicure. Personally, I feel like the pedicure bowl bags are better. They are not the best with nails either. I got an overlay on my nails as well they did not do the best job. He didn’t shape and clean my nails or cuticles. He just starting polishing. I wish someone would have told me the name is deceiving because my nails don’t feel lovely at all. It was cheap(45$) but still not worth that honestly. The customer service is not so good either.

Not a great place to go they only have 2 pedicure options available and in the regular pedicure the don’t do sugar scrub like every where else and the massage was not great at all she was rushing and I really needed a good massage meaning I’m 33 weeks I won’t be backService: Pedicure

I have been coming to Lovely Nails for 25 years and Lynne has been doing my nails and always does a amazing job. I have never had a bond with a nail tech who genuinely takes the time to make sure that my nails are perfect and looking beautiful every time. I love the fact that everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. I will highly recommend Lovely Nails to anyone especially if your looking for a nail shop that will treat you like family and not just like another customer.Services: Stiletto nails

I have been coming here for the last 8 years and just in the last year, the service has declined. On my last appointment on July 30, one of the nail techs said a derogatory remark to me in front of other customers and made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. That’s very hurtful, unkind, and unprofessional. I will never go back to this place ever again!!!!!Services: Dip powder
