As an avid Louis Vuitton shopper, I’ve always admired the brand’s quality and luxury experience. However, my recent visit was beyond disappointing. My friend and I walked into the store, eager to shop, but we were completely ignored for over 5 minutes. Not a single associate greeted us or acknowledged our presence. It was as if we were invisible.
The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and it was hard to shake the feeling that we were being racially profiled. As a Black and Hispanic duo, it seemed like our presence wasn’t welcomed, which was both surprising and disheartening given Louis Vuitton’s reputation for customer service. I came in ready to make a purchase, but the lack of basic courtesy made me leave empty-handed and frustrated.
If this is how Louis Vuitton chooses to treat loyal customers, it’s definitely a wake-up call. I hope management addresses this serious issue so that others don’t have to endure a similar experience.

Customer service could be better but it’s not the first time at La cantera so I already know what to expect. My first Louis Vuitton experience was at the crystal shops in Las Vegas Nevada and no matter how big or small the purchase customer service is number one priority and here you basically have to be asking around to be helped once they pull your customer profile then they see that you are a long time customer and service you the way your supposed to. I understand the store is busy but customer service should always be priority number 1

Customer service is definitely lacking in this store. My husband was ready to buy me a handbag& wallet for my birthday and the poor customer service sent us to Gucci where we had a wonderful service and purchased a handbag & wallet.

My husband and I went in to purchase my first ever LV bag last weekend. I was pretty overwhelmed when I walked into the store but luckily we were greeted by Carlos and I was immediately put at ease. I did not feel pressured at all. I felt listened too and helped and I was able to purchase my dream bag. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. We will be back and when we return we will ask for Carlos and you should too!

Walked in the door and the 3 associates at the front desk couldn't care less to even just look up and greet us. Mind you I've spent thousands here and I don't expect a giant welcome mat but not even a welcome to Louis Vuitton. With this particular store crawling with associates we waited by the perfume because I wanted to purchase. After 10 minutes waiting at the perfume, still no greeting, or how may I help you I walked up to one of said associates and said I want to purchase something can I get someone to help. The lady said I'll get someone for you. Promptly one of the front associates who was doing nothing came over. They got the easiest sale of their life. Do better Louis Vuitton. Next time I'll order online for better customer service.

Best experience for a first timer! Lorena Oday was excellent to work with. The manager was also great help. Highly recommend and they are bilingual (English/Spanish).

Customer service is the worse. The attitude is so unprofessional the manager Ana specially, acts like she’s the owner of the store and everyone needs to bow down to her. She claims to be with the brand for 10 years but yet she doesn’t act like a leader. She was very rude she didn’t want to help with the returned because I didn’t have my receipt but I told her to look me up with my number she said she needed the receipt which I knew it was a lie and just an excuse to not do the return. I have had several encounters with her and none have been pleasant. I am not the only one if you read the other reviews most mention her and complain about her. I called corporate and I told them the reviews are so bad and the location just opened they said they were going to investigate and contact me if they need further informations.

My husband took me to Louis Vuitton for my Birthday and we were greeted by Carlos Castruita. I told him what I was looking for and he SMILED taking me straight to a bag I fell in love with. He did show me other options and I fell in love with two of the options. I ended up walking out with (2) Louis Vuitton purses! One of the Best experiences. Carlos was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. APPRECIATE

Arrived at 7:50 and doors are locked but hours say stays open until 8pm. Please change hours to whenever you lock the doors.

Love it here! Lorena is the absolute best. She is so helpful and so knowledgeable. The whole store is always pleasant and welcoming. I will not go to anyone else to purchase my Louis vuitton.
