DENISE is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this location due to the awesome, friendly, competent staff. I brought Denise a doozy of a request and she, with the help of several teammates including the friendly Julian, charming Cassie and welcoming Erica, pulled it off with enthusiasm and professionalism. Denise was warm, thoughtful and skilled. I appreciate her demeanor throughout and even though I live across town, I drove to this location just for her. When you go in, ask for Denise and you won't be disappointed. Thank you, again!

I wanted to highly recommend my bank , and the great people who work there! It start with Ernest the branch manager, also Crista , Nicki, and Crystal. Every time the customer experience , professionalism, and care never goes unoticed. Especially, when you may have a choices for your banking needs. The clear choice is for me , and it should be for you. You are never just an account , you're respected and valued.

Crista Moria has always been so helpful. Especially when it came to helping with my mom's account. She went way above and beyond to help her out. She's always helped us and we always appreciated everything she has done for the both of us. We have been long term customers and have always had great service.

I opened this account like 2 years ago and i have Never had a bank like this one to when you walk in the door they greet you by your name ? even during pandemic i was like oh wow first time ever can go in a bank with a face mask and was shocked that even with a mask on, they were like Hi Mr Garcia lol i was like wow... Awesome customer service i love this Bank i would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel that they have a family type bank on there side...

I had the pleasure of working with Crista Moura when she stepped in to assist Woodland Baptist Church with a banking matter that was time sensitive. She provided outstanding customer service, went the extra mile to meet a looming deadline, and provided service via email to assist us with not having to come into the bank. Thanks Crista.
