Not really impressed with the business I think the place gets talked up a bit more than needs to be. A bit surprised that they couldn't identify my coin sore they blew me off.

Went in with a wallet full of money to spend to start my coin collection. Asked if they had any coin albums or display materials and they looked at me like I was an idiot and told me to look online. Ok, good bye losers

Came in with a few coins I figured might be worth a few dollars (bicentennial dollars and a few old pennies), just to get an idea, but the guy behind the counter glanced at them and muttered something about “spending money,” then ignored me. Thanks for the customer service, man. I know it’s hard to say “Sorry, they’re not really worth much, maybe 5 bucks total.” That’s a whole lot of words. Glad to know I wasn’t worth interrupting your conversation about basketball.

BEWARE!These people are scammers who will rip you off if you give them the chance, and interacting with them is a blatant insult to the intelligence of anyone that knows anything about numismatics...I've gone to this place twice and will not waste my time or money walking in there again.First, I got ripped off when selling some old Morgan dollars. So later, just to see if maybe my first experience was not something that was regular when doing business with them, I decided to first look at their store's website.I searched for the EXACT SAME coins that I was going to go and sell to them..taking into account, of course, every determining factor that might affect a coin's value (year, population, mint, strike, luster, grade, etc.) Then, I drove over there to see what they would offer...They offered LESS THAN 2% of the numismatic value!I was dumbfounded!..and they have insanely inflated prices as well. Now, I understand that a business needs to be able to turn a profit and you're not going to get actual listed values, and I was willing to take a loss...but I wouldn't be taking a loss, I'd be literally giving them away for next to nothing. How these people can sleep at night is beyond me.This is not turning a profit, it's outright scamming people. These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!
