I got my carpet cleaned on 1/4/24. First, scheduling happened really quickly and the cleaning of two rooms’ carpets was done in 20 minutes. The team let me know that it would take roughly 8 hours for the carpets to dry, it took closer to 24 hrs. One room got a pet treatment and while the cleaning made a dent, I still noticed a pet urine smell. I reached out to the company through there website within a week, no one ever got back to me. I also noticed that while the carpets felt cleaner/fluffier/softer once dry, they got dirtier much faster and almost stiff. Prior to getting the carpet cleaned (we’ve had the carpet for 2 years, never gotten them professionally cleaned but vacuumed regularly), we could easily get the carpet fluffy, soft, and visibly clean with a thorough vacuum. Since getting cleaned, the carpet is much less soft and there are some flattened areas that still won’t fluff back. It is also more difficult to get it as clean as we could get it prior to the professional cleaning. Nothing has changed in the last 2 month regarding traffic or messes, the only real difference is the cleaning they got on Jan 4th. Maybe this is a typical experience with general carpet cleaning but I don’t think I will use this company again in the future, especially since I reached out to them shortly after the clean with concerns and never got a response.Update: The company reached out to me via text after I posted this review. They offered to correct the issue and stated they would give me a refund if I deleted my review. I explained why I used the company’s website vs calling. I am typically unable to make phone calls during the day to my work. Additionally, I had had such a positive experience getting a prompt response when I reached out for a quote that I expected the same when I reached out with a concern. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable using this company to correct any mistakes and feel wary of getting my carpet cleaned in general now. I added a star (previous review was 2 stars) since they did reach out to me after seeing my review and offered to correct the issue. I did not take the offer to remove my review to maintain the integrity of the reviewing section and my own review history.

This review is a few weeks late as I was moving. I used this company for carpet cleaning and carpet patching. They did a great job with scheduling and with patching, but my issue is with the carpet cleaning and customer service (or lack thereof). Once completed, the carpet basically looked the same as it did before but I believe in paying for work performed. Once he was done, he gave me the total and I paid, but I wish I would have inquired about the price before he left. When requesting a quote, I requested to only have the living room, halls, and master bedroom cleaned; 2 rooms were minimally used and the other room had brand new carpet and was unused. After looking at the carpet more, I decided to email them to ask for an itemized invoice. I received a very basic email back with a basic price breakdown, and that's when I realized he cleaned every room in the house, which again, is not what I asked for. This is partially my fault for not verifying when he arrived so I can accept accountability for that. I was busy moving and clearing my house out so I trusted that he was doing what I asked. I then emailed them back letting them know that I only asked for specific areas to be cleaned, and recommended that in the future they should verify what needs to be done before starting. I received no response back and no apology. I felt like this was very unprofessional and not a way to treat customers, on top of the carpet looking the same, and as a result, I can't recommend them. It's unfortunate too because I had a friend who needed their carpet cleaned for a move and they asked who I used and I was unable to recommend them. It felt like they got their money and that's all they cared about. I would have rated them higher if they had simply acknowledged their mistake and apologized.

Edit: I’d like to say that Lone Star saw my review and they reached out immediately and helped me. The owner Paul Walker called me personally and helped resolve the problem. Carpet looks really clean. Thank you!They did not show up or answer my phone calls when I had an appointment. Very unprofessional. I’m a business owner. Oh yes, I would recommend this co.They were able to come the same day I called, I was given a discount, the guy was professional and so was his work. My carpets were so dirty with spilled spots everywhere. They are now even color =) and he also treated with an allergy commercial

We had them come out to look at a carpet repair after our dog pulled up a corner of the carpet & destroyed the padding underneath. They immediately asked for pictures when we initially contacted them and gave us an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and did an absolutely fantastic job! Our dog didn’t maul the actual carpet too bad, so the repair was pretty quick. Super great service if you’re in an apartment or need repairs without wanting to replace the carpet in the whole room for a smaller hole or re-stretching. I would definitely recommend going to this family owned business for your carpet needs!Service: Flooring

Nice friendly staff. Fast ans efficient. Did a great job on my carpet!! Update* Here is the deal.. They make you go and write a good review in front of them and then they offer a “Special incentive”. I have had better carpet cleaners they were just ok.. I have never used them again. And the spots I wanted to get out were still there when it was all done.

They have done an awesome job with steam cleaning my carpets in the past and they repaired my carpet where my dogs had torn it up. The repaired spots look like nothing ever happened, and has held up beautifully 2 years later. I just had them come out and repair another spot since we're getting ready to move, and it looks great. John was on time, very professional and works quickly. Will definitely be sticking with this company.

I had a white rug cleaned here and it was not a good experience. The tech came to pick up the rug and said he would have it back in a few days, but that didn't happen. After nearly two weeks, I called in and they said they would get it back to me the next day. The tech said he would get here at 5pm and finally showed up at 9pm. When he arrived, the rug was still damp and had new stains from the cleaning process. We had them take the rug back to clean again and the tech continued to be unreliable and not follow through on his promises. When he finally returned the rug clean and dry, the tech showed up at our house unannounced with the rug and said that we would be getting money back for the trouble we went through, but that didn't happen.
